I look forward to the day when our world becomes more like that of Ghost In The Shell , where buying a new vehicle for our brains (ie: body) is no more expensive or controversial than buying a new vehicle for our bodies is now (ie: car). It would have all the sensory capability of an organic one and then some, could be built to almost any specs desired, would never age, and if it does get badly damaged, it can readily be replaced. For a transsexual (which I'm not) or a transhumanist (which I proudly am), what the hell isn't there to love?!

If one uses RAW, it's pretty much impossible to do in Shadowrun without going full-on cyber-zombie. (I always thought that was bullshit.
