F@ck the term white privilege. The majority of the population in the USA is white. Go be white in a non white country and see if you can use that shit term there. We have stereotypes here and until people stop being those stereotypes people won't stop assuming it fits.

Sounds like Mr. Payne (in the Ass) is using "non white country" as a synonym for third world country, which is a awful thing to say in itself.
Third-world countries are they way they are today because of white privilege asshole! Specifically white European imperialist colonialism. If whites face discrimination in non-white nations this is the reason.

That's only part of it, and do remember that some countries were never colonized (or became independent a long time ago, e. g. Haiti), yet are still poor and dysfunctional (that of course doesn't mean first-world countries didn't find ways to meddle in their affairs even if they were independent). What I'm saying is, blaming third-world problems just on colonialism or white racism isn't much better than saying they didn't cause damage at all. The third world lags behind for a whole host of reasons.

That is a very problematic thing to say. It basically sounds as if you're saying "They suffered because of some white people in the past, so they're justified to take it out on the white people of today!" - which is bullshit.
Racism or prejudice is bad and unjustified always and no matter who is involved (I hope you agree).
Besides, say, if you as a white person felt unwelcome in Japan, you couldn't blame it on colonialism as Japan was never colonized.
@VMan
Yeah, ots important to understand that racism still exists today, and sure white privilege may exist, but that doesn't mean that most white people go out of their way to treat blacks like shit, nor is it their responisbility to make life easier for minorities, and I say that last part because if a white person acts decent and helpful to most people, and donates some of their time or money to charity, "checking their privilege" won't do anything else.
Confused?
