Women don't object to being called "females". They object to the phrase "men and females", or any context where the two words show up in a similar juxtaposition, or any usage of the term which is specifically referring to "female adult humans" (there's already a proper word for that, it's "women").
Using the word in that manner implies that women aren't meaningfully distinct from females in general regardless of age or species. That's tremendously rude.
Or you could say "WOMAN" Mr. Herpaderp!
Or "Girl" if she's underage.
Simple.

While the occasional misogynistic twatwaffle may find his way into r/foreveralone, at least the guys in that sub realize that they're the reason for loneliness and are willing to listen to advice about how to improve their lives.
"Incels" epotimize, "Tell me what I want to hear, not what I need to hear". Typically any helpful advice is ignored and the person who tries to give it is banned.
