Truth be told, I blame all of Americas social ills on the feminist movement.
Gays: Feminism = women in the workplace = taking away the financial dependence on their husbands = divorce rate goes up = single moms = young boys learning how to be a man mainly from a womans influence.
School Shootings: Feminism = women in politics = emotion (rather than logic) based legislation = tougher gun laws = guns no longer being a mainstay in every home = children only being taught about guns through videogames, gang violence and murder in the news. ( also the top graph led to this from the end of single moms )
Domestic violence: (do I even have to explain this one? Perhaps, sigh.) Feminism = women in the workplace = women competing with men for dominance in all aspects of life = attempted removal of defined gender roles in society (yet still having the predisposition to gravitate toward those roles) = instinct to dominate and command butting heads with cultural softness and equality = male frustration with few outlets
Just try to come up with something that is socially wrong with Americans today that does not have a root in feminism.

Gays - from what I could see, there are WAY more manly men among gays than straight. But that's just what I saw.
School shootings - WTF? So, not having so many guns leads to kids shooting others? Okay... and wild west was a pacifist utopia.
Domestic violence - I can live with that. But I do hope that horrible feminist movement makes sure to teach all the women some deadly martial art (aikido sounds lovely to me, oh, I'd love to get free lessons of it), to make sure those frustrated individuals end up without a limb or two...
Two out of three of your little rants existed in large numbers long before the Feminist movement, dipshit. People of the time just weren't as aware of it, but if you pick up your damn history books for once you might learn something.
I'm far too angry after reading that to make any smart-aleck comments, so just let me say that is a truly astounding display of arrogance and stupidity, especially the apologetics for wife-beating.

This guy is truly a class "A" assbite.
Apparently, to quote from his myspace page, what James is looking for in a woman is "Criteria: Functional Womb, Complete Obedience, Eager assistant."
Such a prince, I'm surprised he's still single... or not.
I took look at this guy's page. Does anyone else think that he is trolling for women even though he readily admits he is married? He lists "serious relationships" and seems to imply that he is looking for women who "value family," etc.
And if you REALLY want to see something scary-fundie, look at his "30 Rules For A Wife."
I just read his 30 rules. Good lord, this guy is whacked.
I was created for my husband. I would not exist if God had not created him.
Right. Because her parents would've had *nothing* to do with that. *Eyeroll*
What a tool.
Hey, James... The 6 degrees thing only works when talking about Kevin Bacon.
@Dumbass misogynist

Fundamentalism
Oh come on now, I am sure you can do better then that. Isn't feminsm also responsible for drug abuse, gang violence, global warming, Clinton's sexcapades, the obesity epidemic, and illegal immigrants?
Ha, what an amateur.
Oolon, if it's a response to someone's blog or a comment on his main page, he may well have it set so that he has to approve of it before it appears -- which in this case almost guarantees that your response will never see the light of day. If it's in a group forum of some kind, your post should come up immediately; but a group with a power-mad fundie administrator could possibly be removing your comments quickly if he's online and watching for them at the time.
Otherwise, though, I can't imagine why your posts aren't getting through!

"Just try to come up with something that is socially wrong with Americans today that does not have a root in feminism."
Oh, pick me, pick me, I know! Religious fundamentalism!
The meth epidemic is a product of feminism how?
The Discovery Institute is a product of feminism how?
The eroding real value of the minimum wage is a product of feminism how?
Gangland kulcha with their drugs, retaliatory turf slayings, bitches and hos are a prodcut of feminism how?
Rampant embezzlement, pork barrelling and wasting trillions on military spending is a product of feminism how?
Exploitation of illegal immigration and immigrants is a product of feminism how?
Fraudulent, hypocritical Televangelism is a product of feminism how?
An overtly litigious environment and spiralling public liability insurance and punitive damages are a product of feminism how?
Woefully unbalanced health care and millions of undiagnosed mental disorders are a product of feminism how?
Hatred and intolerance to opposing viewpoints or different races or ethnicities is a product of feminism how?
This guy is for real?
Oh, shit. He isn't breeding, is he? If he's thinking about it, I'll be happy to neuter the shit-stick.
Amigone201:
He's trying to make an ordered list and seems to have confused the ol tag (which is what you put before, and in its close form after, the entire list) with the li tag, which is what you put before each item in the list. So instead of having an ordered list with 30 items in it, he has 30 ordered lists with 1 item each.
He's still a dumbass though.
Also, he's amazingly heretical if you care about that sort of stuff.
The dumbest part, I think, about this fundies post was the whole; 'School shootings are caused by feminism, which causes there to be LESS guns.' line of reasoning.
Schools need to start to teach logic as a mandatory subject...

@ Sideshow Bob: "Last time the Prince of Persia tried to make a leap of logic this wide, he fell to his death on spikes."
"No, wait, that's not how it happened..."
Also, having mainly female influences doesn't make you gay, you idiot.
So, when more women work and more men are home, taking care of their kids, more kids become gay?
Sweden is at least as feministic as the US. We haven't had a single school shooting yet.
Wait, you're saying that with fewer guns there are more shootings? Huh?
Here in Sweden we have places where you can go to lift weighs, hit stuffed mannequins and run on stationary machines. I would guess that this is a good place to let out your frustrations. If only you had them over there, too...
Confused?
