His denials are not as compelling as his accusers. And this is not a court of law, he is not allowed to be innocent until proven guilty. He has been accused of pedophilia and he cannot mount a convincing denunciation nor articulate a convincing denial. He cannot sue anyone because he knows that if he does he will be deposed and if he is deposed he will be exposed.

That's how the alt-left approaches everyone they hate and disagree with...lie on them, attack them, just make up stuff and expect to be taken seriously, etc. then assume that decent, moral people should disown the person based on the alt-left's lies. They think they've figured out how to take down all conservatives, based on their own lies of course.

Hey, Lady Bitchface, guess what: the "alt-left" still isn't a thing. It doesn't even have any reasonably clear, somewhat specific referent, much less one that can be readily deduced independent of context. That means "alt-left" arguably isn't even a word unless you want to call my cats' meows or a crow's squawks "words." But even those communicate a more comprehensible message than "alt-left."

(Unlike Lady Bitchface and her incessant shrieks of "alt-left!!1", I make no pretense whatsoever that "Lady Bitchface" or any other insults of mine have any meaning or significance beyond the Internet equivalent of pointing at someone I don't like and flinging shit at them. Hell, at least I actually have targets that are coherent enough to point and fling shit at. "Alt-left" fails to even have that much.)

Like how the far right constantly accuses others of the same fucking crimes they themselves are committing. the same crimes. Not to mention you are the side that proclaims family values and I remember that in the 90s being code then for people disagreeing with them and them trying to get votes or rile up base. Seems that little has changed since I was a teen back then. It is still same bullshit only now it is a cover for your hypocrisy. Family values? Your ilk can not stay faithful to their goddamn spouses. Meanwhile your ilk prey on the weak and vulnerable. Fuck off hypocrite. You tell others to seek Christ. Try reading your Bible. Start with Timothy 2:12 then go look for the word hypocrite. You will see just how Jesus feels about hypocrites.

Honestly I think it is in how the religions view women. I mean when I said in other threads about Mary likely being forced it is because that was how that culture and the religion at the time viewed women was to marry them off (regardless of the feelings between them). As such they tend to try to defend their own paedophiles and others who give bad name to the religion while decrying it in others.

To add in, cognitive dissonance is something they might suffer. In a rather heated debate on here, Chopurcockuv was seeing someone point out his hypocrisy. This triggered him a great deal. More and more he tried to drag the conversation away from the fact Christianity has its own immoral followers. Now on a much more grand scale we will go back, you and I and others too if they so desire.

Josh Duggar. Now I bring him up as a means to show this. It was revealed as a teen he molested his sisters. He had his defenders BECAUSE of his Christian background. They could not get over him being held accountable for his actions.

As such I see them obsessed with this nonce and defending it. In their minds, Christians are blameless.

The dorks behind Roy Moore have been trying a last-ditch "dirty trick" involving a robocall featuring a Jewish Stereotype. It must be heard to be believed!....

....Stephen Colbert hilariously covers this whole thing (and even supplies his own satirical robocall to mock the 'real' one).

The Alabama robocall involved a geeky, nebbish-sounding guy with a Fran Drescher-accent called "Lenny Bernstein" (though it's often heard as 'Bernie Bernstein" or 'Albert Bernstein'....the voice is so nasal that it's bound to mondegreen). "Bernstein" is out asking for random women who were teens in the 1970s/early 1980's to supply bogus allegations for cash.

There IS a guy at WaPo named Albert Bernstein but he's a guy who does health/wellness/lifestyle articles and sounds NOTHING like the weirdo in the robocall.

I hope this obviously-bogus scam doesn't work but you never know with some Alabamians....
