It could happen, and probably will.
"Languages that assign gender to nouns will convert them to neuter," the spectacle-wearing processor says, "In addition, anyone using the word 'gender' will be prosecuted."
On his right, a poster board commands that, in German, "der Mann" and "die Frau" should both be replaced with "das Person", in English, "girl" and "boy" should be replaced with "student", and, in Sweden, "he/she" should be replaced with "it".
On the professor's left, the Devil thinks, "I'm scraping the barrel here. The rapture has to be awfully close."

German - writes German
English - writes English
'Sweden' - writes English
Think you may have erred there.
Even the devil's bored of waiting for your imminent rapture.
The RW Christians have reduced the cartoon form to it lowest point.
Lower than Ziggy.
There a RW political cartoons that are well executed and artistically accomplished. The jokes are mean, sometimes complete projection, but you can see their understanding of audience and reasonable attempts at humor.
Christian cartoons are an extreme disconnect with all reality and always used to misrepresent decent ideas as evil. You could do a joke about Liberal SJW's going to far, but no, you have to claim all liberals are destroying humanity under the orders of a childish rendered and conceived devil.
It makes you yearn for the soft caring innocence, social awareness and closer reality of Davey And Goliath.
It could happen, and probably will
And when it fails to happen, you will, of course, take responsibility?
...nah, of course you won't. Your lot is allergic to responsibility.
I don't really know any Swedish, but somehow I'm guessing "he", "she", and "it" aren't actual Swedish words. Just a wild guess there. (it would actually be "han", "hon", and "det" apparently)
Also, why does the devil have a bunch of horizontal lines on his front?
And, yet again...this is on Lady Checkmate's Faith And Religion channel. Obviously, that's because....uh....well....hmm.
Languages that assign sectarian identifiers to religious fanatics will be made creed-neutral. Examples:
Fundamentalist Christian - Toxic Human
Radical Islamist - Toxic Human
Lubavitcher Jew - Toxic Human
As a matter of fact, Germany has introduced a number of generally well received gender neutral labels.
One that pops to mind is the word for student. The German language differentiates between Student (m) and Studentin (f). A number of years ago they were going through a gruelling period of saying "Studenten/Studentinnen" for "students" on every occasion, which became very old very fast. This was (thank God) replaced with "Studierende", using a gerend form of the present participle plural of the verb "to study", which roughly translates as "(those who are) studying". So instead of having to call the student ID a "Studenten-/Studentinnenausweiß" or (God forbid) a "StudentInnenausweiß" (ughh), they call it a "Studierendenausweiß", which works just fine and is globally accepted. When referring to an individual, the gender specific "Student" or "Studentin" are still used.
Now the SPD has to decide whether to call their members "Geniessende" or not. Probably not. ;-)
I'm scraping the barrel here.
You always are, Mick.
Amazing. We have mass murder, child sex abuse, young girls being kidnapped as sex slaves, people dying from lack of health care, but "The Rapture" will be ushered in by people not using enough sex-specific words.
He does realize there are languages out there that don't, and never did, have gender-specific pronouns, right? My native Hungarian, for instance. Words for certain professions can be gendered, but there is always a gender-neutral form of those as well, and people just tend to use whichever they think of first without any issues. Which is kinda funny, because Hungary is otherwise super backward when it comes to gender issues. As a trans (or at least genderqueer, I still have yet to get a professional opinion on the trans part, thanks in no small part to the aforementioned backward views and policies in this country) person, I generally prefer "zie" and "zir" online, and really don't see any problem with gender-neutral language.
Oh FFS, nobody's going to be arrested for using the word "gender."
Are these crazy Christian fundies really that out of touch with reality, or are they just being hyperbolic?
Yes, any language is more gender specific than English. That's the first thing you learn, when you're learning one, is the chair/table/book male or female?
Mick, dein Cartoons bist Scheisse.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
