The only reason most men have tolerated work since it exists is finding their wife, their kids and a nice meal back home at the end of the day. Also, no welfare kind of made the deal clear- no money, no wife, no security and no self-esteem.
Incels need extra motivation to go to work. This extra motivation involves liking your job. I didn't like my job. Few do. I think a pleasing job must involve the act of creation or discovery: game developer, movie maker, researcher... Or extremely rare and useful skills: neurosurgeon eg. It's not an option for 98% of humanity.

In a kind of stupid way this person has a point, in that most jobs are very stressful and unfulfilling. And even if you work very hard to get a career that you might enjoy, there's no guarantee that you'll ever make it if you don't have the right connections - and people with social issues, including incels, probably won't ever be able to make the right connections. And even if you make it, you might find you don't enjoy that sort of thing after all, or the only working environment(s) which you can get into might be full of terrible people who will mess up your life - which can happen with regular crap jobs too, but at least you didn't have to sacrifice/expend a lot to get there. So, it can be really hard to be motivated to get a job if you don't have much to care about other than yourself.
That's partially a society problem and partially a personal problem. You probably can't do much about the society side of it, but it doesn't excuse you from not at least making an effort towards tackling the personal side of it.
That being said, despite having a point, the way they went about saying it is rather whiny and somewhat wrongheaded.
They seriously do not see ANYTHING about a normal life as being about providing for oneself or pursuing personal happiness. Not working for individual goals and financial independence to live a life of your own choosing, not caring for your own body except to impress others, not any kind of relationship either platonic or the deeply twisted insanity they confuse for romance, and certainly not starting a family. It's set dressing to them. And even though they clearly hate every individual component of their attempts to mimic what they see as the life they're supposed to be leading and don't draw the same satisfaction from personal achievement and overcoming hardship an emotionally healthy human being does they'll self-destruct before taking a step back and really looking at themselves.
The worst part is that they refuse to listen to anyone because they're convinced the whole world is playing at the same charade they are. And that humanity as a whole must also be equally self-destructive, joyless, petty, spiteful, sadistic, self-concerned, manipulative, paranoid, and obsessed with external perceptions/expectations as they are.

But what's to stop anyone from reporting you to the relevant government agency, re. your welfare when you admit you're a lazy workshy cunt?!
