Quote# 141411

I would say I readily believe all of the claims in the Bible because I think hundreds of them have been documented, have been verified. Can you show me something that has been proven wrong from the Bible? Has an archaeologist proven anything wrong? They've discovered, like, the Hittite civilization. The Bible talked about the Hittites. Nobody heard of the Hittites for hundreds of years and all of a sudden, bing, they find evidence of the Hittites. Whoa!

I think the "improbable claims", all of the claims that I'm aware of in the Bible that can be verified have been verified. Some are yet still future. You'll see. Watch your knees. Next time you wash your knees, think "These things are gonna bow before Jesus Christ." Yes, they are.

Questionable sources; insufficient evidence? I think there's overwhelming evidence that the Bible is true. Now if you choose not to believe it (which is obviously what you've done), OK. I choose to believe it. But it's not questionable sources on insufficient evidence. You're the fool here.

I'd like to give the anonymous submitter of these quotes a warm pat on the back. A lot of the time, I have to go in and search the page (or worse, the YouTube video) for the phrase and fix up the in-page stamp myself to get it to link exactly to the quote.

This, however, links to the exact timestamp where the phrase quoted is uttered. No editing needed; it just works, and I can verify it in just a few seconds without having to click "Load More Comments" 50 times.

Hittites? Ancient Middle Eastern people. Not surprising they're in the Bible.

Show me the bit about the Maoris, then I'll be impressed.

The decision made by someone appointed to the Federal bench by some... thing voted into the White House - twice - by... things exactly like you.

But hey, if you want to be sent to the can again by saying to the face of the Honourable Judge John E. Jones III - who is a Conservative Christian himself - that he's committed Perjury, then it's what's left of your P.R. credibility's funeral...

...as well as your anus. But I guess Christains who are too fool of themselves to remember what happened to them behind bars for a decade don't have much of a memory for such things. But Judge Jones did: of the Bar Exam that ensured his further legal career: right up to that memorable, nay, precedent-setting, day almost exactly thirteen years ago which proved the likes of you & your BuyBull wrong.

Far different to a toilet paper 'degree' handed out exactly like the arse paper dispenser of a toilet that is the unaccredited 'University' you got your faux 'Doctorate' from, I'm sure you'd agree Kentypoos. [/Doug Piranha-levels of sarcasm]

You "think" there is evidence. Keeping it a secret, are you? C'mon now, if there were real evidence, you'd be on all the news channels. You're mistaking argument for evidence, a very common mistake of the cerebrally challenged.

Yes, dozens of "somethings" have been shown, but you just refuse to accept them. As the old phrase goes, "there are none so blind as those who will not see."

Yeah, actually that will never happen. I bow to no one.

The Harry Potter books mention a country called England that has a city called London.

"Can you show me something that has been proven wrong from the Bible?"

The flood, Hebrew slavery in Egypt, the Exodus...

But the thing is, you're the one with the claims. YOU need to prove that they are correct.

"I think there's overwhelming evidence that the Bible is true."

And we're still waiting for you to present that evidence.

"The Bible talked about the Hittites."

Spiderman comics talk about New York City. New York City exists. Therefore, Spiderman is 100% literal truth.

If I'm going to bow before you're god, it's because I'm being forced to. Why does your immoral monster of a god need to resort to force?

Can you show me something that has been proven wrong from the Bible?

There is no evidence of a global flood, for one thing. Secondly, there's no archaeological evidence that millions of Jews wandered around the Sainai desert for 40 years. There's no evidence that the story of Jesus ever happened. We all know that it's impossible for snakes to talk.

Yeah! Explain that stuff about the city of Tyre, which still exists and is thriving despite supposedly no longer existing according to a Biblical prophecy.

The people who wrote the Bible of course knew about the people living around them at that time. That doesn't show anything besides them knowing their neighbors. It doesn't show divine intervention of any kind.

Doesn't the Bible say that Tyre will never be rebuild, but it exist now, in Lebanon.

Snakes don't talk.
Virgins don't give birth.
There was never a global flood, at least not after Pangaea formed.
Rabbits don't chew the cud
p does not equal 3.

You choose to believe that the Bible is true, tax-evader.
The Bible is definitely a questionable source of insufficient (or lacking) evidence.
We choose to follow the evidence.

Rabbits chewing cud.

Next question.
