Quote# 141932

“I know for a fact that they stole the House,” Taylor declared. “They did not win the House. They did not win a lot of these elections across the country. It was a huge red tsunami—I’ve been attacked for saying it was a red tsunami—and people don’t understand, again, it’s in God’s timing. There are certain things that will be revealed and exposed and people will understand what’s going on.”

“This was a huge sting operation across the nation with the election to see where the voter fraud was,” he added. “Now they’re going to use this for voter I.D. When we get voter I.D., forget it, the Democrats are done. This is the implosion of the Democratic Party. I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again: I don’t think you will see a Democrat in the White House again for a long time, if ever again, because people have had it, they are fed up with this mess.”

Any proof? No?
As for voter ID, why not, it is mandatory in a lot of European countries. The thing is, in Europe, a picture ID is mandatory and provided to every citizen by the State. So much for small government, I guess...

Their "huge sting" came up with ...what, about a mistaken vote per couple of million cast? Meanwhile the republicans were throwing out mail-in ballots by the thousands that came from democratic areas. Be careful what you wish for, Mark.

Citizen Justin

This Mark Taylor (not to be confused with anyone else named Mark Taylor) also went along the the 'Qanon' conspiracy theory that Trump would soon arrest thousands of 'Deep State' people like the Clintons and Obama. When the arrests didn't happen, he claimed that they had... in Heaven.

Nige FaRAGE gets exactly what he wants. He ultimately leaves that which he created, because of the resulting clusterfuck that is 'Brexit'. Theresa May Not's support - and thus Nigey's chances of even a 'Brexit' as soft as his microdick - ebbing away (especially after two government-humiliating votes in Parliament 24 hours ago: the government-annihilating Meaningful one next week).

Alt-Shitists emboldened by their 'Emprah' elected. Donald Fart officially the worst president in US history. Salt-rightists implode, their sans-clothing emperor with just a 30% rating (and Nixon's was 45% prior to resigning after Watergate blew up in his face).

In both cases proof of that saying 'Be careful what you wish for'. Even when FaRAGE & the Salt-rightists 'won', they still lost.

Democrats emboldened: now no brakes on the Mueller train. Terrie's days are numbered. Taxi for Mr. Corbyn: to No. 10.

Sounds like a good idea actually, and would work out great, if it weren't for the fact that if any little thing gets fucked up in your life, you might have difficulty proving residency, and that means you can't get ID. What makes it worse is if you're attempting to engage in fraud, the pain in the ass they add doesn't even make it difficult.

Where I live, you need to have at least two pieces of documentation establishing the address where you live. Bills with your name on them, paystubs with your address, things like that. End up having to move in with someone else while you're unemployed . . . hopefully the people you live with don't mind adding your name as a secondary on a bill. Which, oh shit, wouldn't you know it, you can have someone do that in one household while you go live in another county, state, or even country . . . and still get an ID here!

Before anyone asks . . . the people you're living with can only be a part of residency verification if they are your parents, and you are under 25.

Doubting Thomas

We already have voter ID laws in many states, yet your precious Republicans still lost. Get over it, people don't like Trump as much as you think they do. Trump doesn't have overwhelming support of the US populace just because he says he does.

I don’t think you will see a Democrat in the White House again for a long time

Only if you mean that two years is a long time.

He's right about one thing. When they implement more strict voter IDs than the Democratic Party will be done for.

Actually, I have several examples concerning ID.
In France, when voting, you get a small card a few weeks prior to the vote, which you will present on the day of the vote, on which you get a stamp as proof you voted. This can also serve as verification of the votes, if there is suspicion of false votes in a district, they request that voters come with their voting cards so they can check if there is a huge discrepancy in the number of voters. BTW, votes in France (and, AFAIK, in most of Europe) happen on Sunday, making it easier than in the USA, where the vote is on Tuesday, IIRC.
In Belgium and Germany, when moving someplace, you register at the local administration, which delivers an ID. That way, there is a record of residency on file. If you skip the registration, you get a fine. If you move in from abroad and you do not have that ID, you are stuck because a lot of service and utilities providers (Internet, phone, electricity, etc...) will request that ID to issue the contracts. It can be a bit of a pain in the arse in the first weeks of moving to Belgium, because you do not have the ID yet (it can take some time to get one, as Belgian administrations are not as effective as one would wish...) and service providers will refuse to issue contracts without it. In the meantime you still have to live. To be fair, basic utilities providers are a bit more supple (they accept a rent contract as proof of residency, for example.), but others, which are just as necessary nowadays (Internet, mobile phone) are inflexible.

You do realize that if we can enjoy the impeachment of trump and pence, Nancy Pelosi will become President of the United States...

How's that grab you?

You republicunts can all just piss off.

Dr. Weird

"Darn Democrats stealing the election by getting more votes. Don't they know the only valid elections are ones Republicans win, even if they get three million votes less?"
