Might as well put it out there. This is *my* answer over there. This should give you a clue of just frustrating it was for me to deal the backwards thinking of most of the others who answered.

I, too, had asked a question similar to this - and I would like to hear what others have to say
particularly those of the more traditional “children need to always obey their parents” mindset.
Granted, parents who are themselves white nationalists (or any other racial supremacist) are probably raising their children to be white nationalists (or any other racial supremacist) themselves - and, thus, they see no contradiction between the two. But what about generally non-racist parents who are of that traditional mindset?
The Stanley Milgram Experiment may shed some light on this - although his basis seemed to be that people naturally have an innate need to obey, rather than that many of the participants most likely were raised by authoritarian parents who strongly impressed in them the value of “unquestioning obedience”.
ETA: If *this* isn’t enough to convince some people that teaching “obedience to authority” is overrated, then let’s try *this* one on for size: If your father ordered you to suck his dick, would you obey him?
ETA2: Everyone who answered this question, especially those on the pro-obedience side, should be required to state their race. I’ll start: I’m white, and I think racism towards *any* race is wrong. Furthermore, I think it’s very disgraceful that most of the other answers (as of 1/19/2019 at 00:30 UTC) believe in prioritizing “obedience to authority” over “sticking with your principles”. Seriously, people!! It ain’t the fricking 19th Century!! Get with the 21st Century, already!!
ETA3: If anyone wants to know why I’m an anarchist
well, *this* is a very good example of why! Also, no, I’ve not been a teenager in *ages* - so don’t anybody even try to start with *that*!!
ETA4: If there are any non-white people to take the pro-obedience position on this issue, I’d be curious to hear what *their* rationale is.
ETA5: Basically, this is what most of these answers here are saying: “Yeah, it’s sad that some parents are like this - but children still need to obey their parents. After all, why challenge the status quo - despite pitfalls such as this?”
ETA6: My God! Am I still the only one here (besides Spencer Kimball) who sees racism is being a FAR BIGGER CRIME than children disobeying their parents would be? Have you people never heard of “civil disobedience”?! Have you never heard of being a “conscientious objector”?! Sheesh, people!!
ETA7: People! Please tell me that I’m not going crazy here. Please tell me that it’s not a sign of my mental illness or that I should be committed to a mental institution because I think children should *not* need to obey racist rules!!
ETA8: You know what?! FUCK EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU WHO HAVE TAKEN THE PRO-OBEDIENCE POSITION ON THIS SUBJECT!! YOU PEOPLE MAKE ME SICK!!
