Enjoy life at your expense? How is my happy life impinging upon you? I'm not going to make my life miserable just to make you happy. And I am getting what I deserve... a happy home life with a wonderful, loving wife and two wonderful, loving kids. And sex now & then.
BTW, my wife & I don't particularly care for Valentine's Day, either. We tend to show each other love year round and don't need one special day out of the year to do it.
...because nothing says "lover boy" like a bitter desire for some sort of revenge that (pretty much like the "wrath of god") is aimed at all the wrong victims. You're really big on retribution. If you expended that kind of energy on trying to correct your attitude, you could be enjoying life instead, but you find it easier to whine about a problem than to fix it. Tell us, are you a politician?

This statement is what gives me a warm glow deep within. They have so little in their lives they need to be oppressed. But oh how wonderful it is to tell them or even just say it.

No-one is enjoying life at your expense, dearie. Happiness isn't a zero sum game, it grows with the numbers of people enjoying it. Like we say in Sweden, Shared happiness is double the happiness, shared sorrow is half the sorrow. These dolts somehow do it the wrong way...
