How did oldcels cope without internet?
Imagine being an Incel between 1960s and early 1990s. There's no internet, how do you cope? Watching TV and reading all day? Playing videogames?

I can't speak for incels, but I remember we used to have these things called "jobs," which would take up much of our time, where we would learn to get on with our co-workers by making sure our personality wasn't repulsive. In your free time, you might have had a "hobby" like collecting Peter Max posters or amateur/CB radio where you could talk to fellow enthusiasts. I believe that there are still "jobs" in existence; try seeing if you can get hold of one.

What the fuck do you mean, no internet, how do you cope?
Not everyone in the world leads the same life you do. Not even every incel is identical. For the last 70,000 years, people got through life however they had to.
3500 generations of evolution leading from Neanderthal to you, just so you can have absolutely no concept that people who are not you are different from you.
Before the prohibition, corn "whiskey" (really mostly moonshine) was cheap and plentiful in the US, and there were no age restrictions. I would imagine most of them drank themselves to death back then. Or became hobos.
This is ignoring the fact that incels as we know them exist only because of internet echo chambers.
Now, I'm a 2000's kid, I can't speak...
but before the internet was made people surely had better ideas of their time, rather than complaining about how they cannot have sex.
Some of those old 'intellectuals' might have been the same, though.
(Or they were secretly gay.)
They'd go outside, interact with actual people, and through those interactions untainted by some other crazed expectations born of being fed whatever madness has taken hold of you lot learn to grow as human beings developing real relationships with friends and acquaintances and many eventually developed actual romantic bonds. Not the means-to-an-end transaction or detached shallow fulfillment of a biological compulsion you think is the basis of long-term relationships. At best a purely physical attraction can get someone a one night stand.
Confused?
