Isn't it fun to forget that the modern monkey did not evolve into humanity. Also that humanity did not evolve suddenly. It took millions of years for the ball to get rolling in our direction, a common ancestor gave birth to something a little different, witch gave birth to something a little different, etc. etc.
AV, nobody needs to justify a denial of your opinion. From my perspective, your opinions come with a little note taped to their backs, "Kick me."
if you were actually a smart person you would realize that evolution does not in fact teach that a monkey gave birth to the first human, but different species of monkeys as well as humans evolved over millions of years from similar creatures that do not exist today. saying that a monkey gave birth to the first human is to presume that monkeys as we know them came before man. this is incorrect. evolution is not exclusive to human beings, chimps also evolved from more primitive beings. the reason christians get this confused is because they do not realize that evolution does not follow a linear path, but takes one species and over time makes different modifications, and the result is multiple species with similar evolutionary backgrounds (ie: humans and monkeys).

Well, in my opinion gravity really means that instead of being pulled down, I am actually being pushed down from above. That is stupid, so gravity is stupid.

Your opinion of the way in which evolution works is, well, horseshit. Thus, what you think on the subject doesn't count. Nobody ever said that a monkey gave birth to a human, although some of the postings on fundie forums makes me wonder if the reverse isn't sometimes true.
