I would correct that to, “seeing that all the evidence we currently have available points to the Scripture being true we now seek the evidence to support it’s claims regarding human origins” - that’s more precise.

Books that describe the gradual biological process of lifeforms adapting to their environment have this little thing called facts to back up what they claim. Further backed up by something else called evidence ; you'll see it in scientific papers which are then subjected to stringent peer review. Thus a question:
Has another book - the Bible - been subjected to that same process?
...oh yes, that's right: it had, in a not dissimilar way, in a court of law in 2005. Kitzmiller vs. Dover. Subjected to the most stringent examination in the most savage crucible of forensic facts-seeking.
