Quote# 3759

People ask, oh yeah, why aren't the [dinosaurs] around today? Well, let me ask you this, if you built a town in a grizzly bear infested area of Alaska today, how long do you thing the bears would last? It's the same with the dinosaurs, if they were a threat, they would be hunted down and killed.

Yeah, only nature did that for us 65 million years ago.

It would be different if we were talking about 25-30 foot tall grizzlies...
They died off LONG before humanity ever showed up.

Uh-huh -- then why, out of thousands of fossils found, has there never been a spearpoint or arrowhead in one?

The bears would move if humans invaded their territory. A small band of hunter-gatherers can't possibly wipe out an entire species.

@Michael: OBVIOUSLY there's no 'evidence' because the evil Darwinists hide it all.

Also, I'd like to see you hunt a T-rex, SOLIDSKULL. Go on, you get a time machine and a spear.

I think someone's been watching too much Flinstones and reading too little paleontology books.

except we weren't there?

and if we were we'd be extinct

Dr. Shrinker

And what about the small dinosaurs, vegetarian dinosaurs (yes they existed).

Cookies Worshipper

Everyone know that stone age people owned .50 hunting rifles.

Funny how they think the world was modelled on modern Texas

Tell it to the cockroaches.

And the colossal chunk of space rock had nothing to do with it?

A dinosaur

Who are you talking about? Who do you think you see? Our species was not in danger, we WERE the danger. A creature goes to its door and gets eaten, and you think that of me? I am the one who knocks.

1)Dinosaurs and humans did not co-exist.
2)They died out 65 million years ago from a metiorite strike.
3)We know this because we found a fossilised crater.

This is why we need to protect animals.

You haven’t seen Jurassic park have you.

5/1/2015 9:08:06 AM

Except they weren't a threat, not to humans at least, as they did not coexist.

Let's suppose they did coexist (they didn't really, just wanted to remind you). Humans didn't have modern weapons back then, so you're talking about humans hunting the like of T-Rexes with a WOODEN SPEAR? Seriously?

Ok, you think it's so easy, you go first. We'll watch.

Oh, yeah, and if you get hurt, all we have is some leaves and dirt to put in your wounds. No antibiotics or painkillers. Assuming you live more than 10 seconds, let's see how well you do with that broken leg. And after it gets infected. Just pray some, god will fix it.

People ask, oh yeah, what makes christians stupid enough to think humans and dinosaurs lived at the same time? Why don't they look at the evidence? Well, let me ask you this, have you ever been to a museum? No, not that farcical Hamster Creation "Museum", a REAL one. You know, one where they don't LIE. When you could actually READ. No, not just Dr. Seuss books, big words, with more than two syllables. And actually READ what the exhibits said about the dinosaurs. If you think humans lived at the same time as dinosaurs, how long do you think the humans would last? They would be hunted down and killed. By the dinosaurs.

There's still grizzlys in Alaska. How about that.

Point is mote anyway, WE'RE not asking you why there's no dinosaurs today, general knowledge documents their extinction many millions of years ago. It's only victims of Young Earth Creationism indoctrination that go "er, waitaminute Pastor Dumbfuck, why aren't the dinosaurs around today?"

And then your lame reply or the climate changed after the flood or they missed the boat or some such shit.

We're not asking you unless we're looking for chuckles.
