Did you know, that when they say God is perfect, the "perfect" is just a word and doesn't mean anything?
In what way is God perfect? In every way? That doesn't make much sense. Is he perfectly good and perfectly evil? Maybe he isn't perfectly evil after all and therefore isn't perfect in every way? What about other things? Is God a perfect pacifist and a perfect warrior at the same time? How does that work out? If God is perfect in everything, is he, for example, a perfect fireman? That would be someone, who stops every destructive fire from occurring everywhere before no damage has occurred. Stopping fires would be his primary motivation and he would do his best to not let anything stop him from putting them out. You may argue that God doesn't want to stop fires, because burning to death and losing property teaches people valuable lessons. Whatever, a perfect fireman would not let people burn because of a greater good. He would focus on his task of not letting things burn without worrying about other things. He's a fireman not a teacher. You can't be a perfect fireman and a bit of a pyromaniac at the same time.
What is perfection anyhow? We call something a perfect something when it does a single, simple thing so well it cannot be done any better. Something is perfect when it fulfills its requirements without any room for improvement. So for something to be perfect, someone needs to come up with requirements first. If those requirements later change, it stops being perfect. Who makes up requirements for gods? Also, when simple things are combined into complex ones and the requirements get complicated, the thing tends to become a compromise which cannot be perfect in everything. It also becomes very difficult to decide if the thing is perfect, because you could always tweak the complex requirements in one direction or other, without knowing for sure which approach is the best.
In other words, calling something as complex as a god perfect is pretty pointless. Sure it sounds really cool, but the people who do it don't even know for sure what they mean by the word "perfect", they just use it for the cool vibe.
