Not beleiving in anything [religious] means you don't believe in humanity. Love, pleasure, hate, and pain are all meaningless. Just mere electronic stimuli in your brain.

Wrong. There is no NATURAL meaning to love, hate ect- they are mere stimuli in the brain to help you along the path of existence, just as there is no natural morals: just inner-group how-to-win-clan-war handbooks. However, meanings can be given to these things- if everyone agrees that something is wrong, like invalid assumptions, then it is.

Religions are nothing more than barriers between human groups. Like politics.
There are universal human virtues that we are all instinctively aware of. Unless they get crushed or poisoned [often, but not always, by demagoguery], any human will see the sense in promoting these virtues.
Pleasure and pain are physiological.
Love and hate are psychospiritual.
Generally speaking, hate-filled people are doomed to Hell. But hey, that's just wishful thinking on my part.

Beethoven's Ninth: Just an assortment of noises.
Sure, they are just electronic stimuli. But the naturalist finds wonder in the fact that with simple chemical reactions we can believe in humanity, feel love and pleasure, hate and pain. We revel in the reality of it all.
But fundies are too brainwashed to see it.
so...what's religion, then?
'Cause last I checked, if you didn't have any electronic stimuli running around up there...You're dead.
On a second note, consider a brick. Square and hard.
But put them together you can get a very nice house.
Meaningless? ...hm. I suppose it depends on your definition of 'meaning'. This atheist, at least, does believe the animal urges should take a back seat to rational thought in most matters. But hey -- Christians think they should take a back seat to their laws and doctrines, do they not?
Believing feelings have meaning in and of themselves, that they are the ultimate meaning.... that a philosophy called hedonism. Most religions look down on it, you silly fundie.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
