Not at all, the Bible clearly teaches God's hate. He owes no creation love or mercy

Now if we only could get James Dobson, Jerry Falwell, & Pat Robertson to go on national tv and say that, then we might actually get enough people to realize just how dangerous fundamentalism is and put a stop to its encroachment on the government and the law.
Last time I checked, I'm surrounded by extremely beautiful women at university, if God doesn't love me, I wouldn't be there :)
Edit: Question: How come atheists acknowledge the existence of a God only when he's evil?
Well clearly that makes him just and compassionate. I see why you would want to worship this abomination!
By the way, how do you relate to your own creations? Do you find it acceptable and/or understandable to hate one's own creation? Let's say you build something - a cottage - and when you're finished, do you hate it? Want to tear it down? Let it be consumed by fire? No? What about your children (while you clearly shouldn't breed, it is common knowledge that fundies breed like jackrabbits!), do you hate them?
@Mitch
Clearly you don't understand the definition of the word "atheist". I suggest you look it up, and because I'm in a good mood today I'll even provide you with the link:
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/atheist
Now you really have no excuse for you misinterpretations.
No atheist acknowledges the existence of any god, be it goor or evil because they're atheists!
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
