HEY OBAMA DRONES, should the KKK be allowed to build a meeting hall on the site where MLK was shot? Not all KKK members are violent or even do anything but go to meetings. If they legally purchase and prepare the land where MLK was assasinated, sure. That's the clincher. SOMEONE owns the fucking land, and can sell it to who-the-fuck-ever he wants. Just like in NYC. You don't get to just claim property.
The KKK is a hate group, much like your "NO TO THE MOSQUE AT GROUND ZERO" group on Facebook. However, Moderate Islam is not--rather, it is a religion whose members' freedoms are protected by the Constitution, ergo you lose.

As long as they are nonviolent, do not infringe on the rights of others, and they receive permission to build there, then yes, they have a right to build there. Even if i don't like it, the Constitution has it's place in America.
1st Amerndment also gives you the freedom of assembly.

There isn't a difference, not in this case, both groups have equal right to legally assemble under the constitution.
Sure, Donald is probably an idiot, but that certainly is not why.
There is a US military base in Hiroshima, complete with chapel and prayers by US soldiers, there are US bases and embassies and buildings built right on top of Iraqi archeological sites that were destroyed to build there and an incredible number of Iraqi Muslims have been killed by American Christians and then churches and chapels and other structures were built right there. But somehow, that is all quite alright.
I suggest you read what MLK actually said about him offending the majority's sentiments:

Actually, if they could raise the money and buy the property, then yes, they should have a place to meet to discuss their beliefs, as repugnant as they are. The first amendment guarantees it.
Now whether or not the property owner wants to sell it to the KKK, that's up to them. If I owned it, I personally would not.
But the KKK is just not that powerful and resourceful these days. Back in the 20's and 30's it was a huge organization with political power. Nowadays it's a loose, marginalized group of backwards rednecks sitting around whining how crappy their lives are because of the black man.
KKK: dedicated to hating minority groups, beliefs consisting entirely of how other groups are inferior, several terrorist acts on U.S. soil from their thousands of members.
Islam: millennium old religion, beliefs similar to any other Abrahamic religion, one terrorist act on U.S. soil from their billion members.

Um, yeah, actually, it would be within their rights. I don't think the KKK actually has that kind of money anymore, but hey, if they aren't actually planning any violent or terrorist acts more power to them.
