"Why is Glenn Beck so worried about the future of Egypt? That is an easy question to answer. It has everything to do with one's world view."
Beck doesn't have a world view. What Beck has are a series of delusions and paranoid hallucinations that he cobbles together into what appears to be the reflection of a disturbed mind.
"Much of it has already come to pass."
If by "much" you mean "none" other than some vague rambling about "war" and "famine" and "disease" occurring, that is.
"He is just trying to get folks' attention to what was prophesied by the Old Testament prophets and by the New Testament book of the Revelation."
First of all, yes. I agree that he's just trying to get attention. Not for the reasons you stated, but I do believe that's why he acts as if he forgot to take his anti-psychotics whenever he's in front of a camera.
Second, you know that Beck is a Mormon, right?
"If you have a world view similar to mine, you understand it. If not, you think it is folly and he is a nut case."
I think no such thing. I know the man is a nut case. I know this because he provides ample evidence of the fact.
There's really only two options: either Beck is actually insane and we get to watch his spiraling descent into madness on a nightly basis (which might be educational for all of you psych students out there) or he should sweep the Oscar Awards in every category (since his emotions seem to run the gamut in each show--from one second to the next even) because he's the finest actor the world has ever known.
"For those of you who pride yourselves as "critical thinkers", perhaps you should engage in just that concerning the Biblical World View."
I have. Your world view failed miserably.
