The parents, uncle and aunt of a teenager of Bosnian Muslim origin will face trial in France on charges of violence against a minor for shaving her head over her relationship with a Christian Serbian boy, prosecutors said Friday.
The girl had her hair shaven off and was also beaten in the eastern city of Besancon on Monday, judicial sources said.
"Shaved and beaten because she 'loved a Christian'. Deeply shocked by this act of torture on this 17-year-old girl," French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin wrote on Twitter.
"This barbarity calls for the most severe punishment," he added.
Police detained the two parents as well as the uncle and the aunt. They were released under judicial control but are banned from contacting the girl, who has been placed under protection. They are not aware of her whereabouts.
They will be tried for "violence against minors", deputy prosecutor Margaret Parietti told AFP.
The girl, who arrived from Bosnia-Herzegovina two years ago with her family, had for several months had a relationship with the young man, aged 20, of Serbian origin who lived in the same building.
"The two families knew each other and (their relationship) was not a problem, but when they started talking about marriage, the girl's parents told her: 'We are Muslims, you cannot marry a Christian'," Parietti said.
The family took away her phone and stopped her contacting her boyfriend. The pair then fled for four days and on their return came to the apartment of the girl's family along with the boy's parents.
"The first blow came from the mother, then there was an outbreak of violence. She was taken to a room and beaten. She was shaved, according to her testimony, by her uncle -- her father's brother -- while being beaten", the prosecutor said.

The blank slate was originally an entirely epistemological notion; it was the claim that knowledge came from the senses and that there were no innate ideas in Descartes’ sense. The 2018 NCVS found approximately 608,000 crimes of interracial violence involving blacks and whites. Of this number, blacks were the aggressor in 90 percent of cases, and whites in just 10 percent. The odds of a black person attacking a white were 48 times greater than the odds of a white attacking a black. The odds of a Hispanic attacking a white were 6.5 times greater than the reverse. Asians commit crime at lower rates, but when they do commit interracial violence, they are 18 times more likely to attack a white than vice versa.
The rates of white victimization by people of other races are dramatic, but they should not be misinterpreted. They are high because whites rarely attack non-whites. Tables 12 and 13 of the 2018 NCVS report sex differences in violent crime. As expected, men were more violent than women, at a ratio of 4.5 to one. Both sexes attacked women more often than men. Women chose women as victims 61 percent of the time; men did so 51 percent of the time. A man was 5.8 times more likely to attack a woman than was a woman to attack a man.
As noted above, any given non-white was 6.8 times more likely to attack a white. Therefore, the odds of a non-white attacking a white are greater than the odds of a man attacking a woman.
The idea that whites are committing horrific violence against non-whites — especially blacks — is widespread. They are not intimidating at all, your brain only registers males as sexual rivals when you see chadlites and chads, mostly due to their distinct skull shape
its like our puberty was incomplete, androgens are supposed to interact with your skull to give your jaw and brow ridge a masculine structure. You only see this to a noticeable extent in chadlites, or in to a extreme extent in true genetic chads.
I think we need to start treating males with hgh and testosterone during early puberty to trigger any remotely noticeable masculine skull growth, the average male is not developing normally. This will likely trigger balding in many males, but that is an issue for later.

Just days ago, presidential candidate Bernie Sanders repeated a claim from a highly dubious Washington Post study, that “in 2016, counties hosting a Trump rally saw a 226% spike in hate crimes.” Ilhan Omar has repeated the claim, as have the NAACP, MSNBC’s Joy Reid and Joe Scarborough, among many others.
Politifact gave a generous ruling to the claim in grading it “half-true” because of some caveats they found in the study, such as the fact that “the data can be subject to ‘statistical noise’ [unexplained variability] and jurisdictional differences in hate crime definitions and police aggressiveness, and that cause and effect are hard to pinpoint.”
A bigger problem isn’t that the definitions of hate crimes differ from jurisdictions, its that the Post doesn’t use a database of hate crimes at all in their study. In fact, that Politifact even thought jurisdictional issues would be relevant here calls into question how heavily they scrutinized the study. As the popular Facebook fact checker “Meme Policeman” noticed when he began diving into the numbers, the list of hate crimes that the Post used in their analysis wasn’t a list of hate crimes as traditionally recorded:
Their definition of hate crimes included anti-Semitic comments made on Snapchat, and trash talk between 13-year olds at a soccer game. While acts of bigotry, the ADL’s definition of hate crimes is far more liberal than the FBI’s (which includes physical assault, threats, harassment, and vandalism). As I pointed out in a prior article regarding the ADL’s statistical looseness, the ADL had previously made headlines with a study claiming that anti-Semitic hate crimes rose 57% in 2017. The entire rise was attributable to a single individual who was phoning in bomb threats to Synagogues. Without him, anti-Semitic violence actually had decreased by 47% according to the ADL’s own statistics. That’s an enormous amount of variability.
Furthermore, Sanders tried to give the impression that counties which held Trump rallies then saw 226% explosions in hate crimes, but the Post didn’t actually do a “before and after” comparison in their study. Rather, they compared counties that held Trump rallies with “comparable” counties, without ever telling us what a comparable county is. A county of the same size that never held a Trump rally? A county with the same income demographics? The same racial demographics? We’re not told.
Luckily, the Meme Policeman actually did an exhaustive analysis of the FBI’s statistics, and it contradicts the Posts findings:
There were 1,433 hate crimes in all cities and counties that Trump had campaign rallies in during 2015, and that increased 1% to 1,450 in 2016. Population in those cities and counties rose more than 1%, representing a decline in hate crimes committed per-capita.
Or to put this in other terms, hate crimes increased 4.6% in 2016 but only 1% in areas where Trump held rallies.

An east Tennessee woman has been charged with seven counts of felony reckless endangerment after allegedly driving her car through a COVID-19 vaccination site as an apparent protest against the vaccine.
Members of the Blount County Sheriff’s Office arrested Virginia C. Brown on Monday morning after deputies working at the site saw her drive an SUV through a closed cone course and into an enclosed tent where several health department and national guard personnel were working, according to WSMV TV.
Workers at the tent told officers that Brown’s vehicle almost hit seven people in the tent, according to the Blount County Daily Times.
Witnesses said Brown yelled “no vaccine” during her ride, and several witnesses told deputies they thought that the driver was going to kill them, according to a sheriff’s report.
A deputy who witnessed the incident eventually performed a traffic stop on Brown, WVLT TV reported. He arrested her and drove her to the Blount County Detention Facility. She continued making anti-vaccine statements on the way to the facility.
Brown claimed she was only going five miles an hour. The sheriff’s office said she drove her car through the tent at a “high speed.”

About 5 years ago my wife and I put in a flagpole and built a brick planter around it. We put flowers in every spring. Well my neighbor was asking me if I would help him build one. I said ok. He agreed to buy dinner. I suggested buying some meat and our wives could smoke it in my smoker tommorrow. So we started on the first phase. Digging a hole, making a base, centering the bottom part of the pole and cementing it in. Our nigbor came out. At first it was watching us from his porch. Then it comes out and talks to my neighbor. "Wha cha yall doin?" My neighbor tells him.
He asks if we could put one in his yard. He passed it off on me. Saying I had the plans and stuff. I gave my neighbor a look but said nothing and kept working. Nigger asked me if I would do it. I said nothing. He asked me what my problem was because I did not answer. I walked over to my house and waited until he left. Nigger called me an asshole to my neighbor. As anyone who has ever attended a ivy league college knows, you can not get rid of ivy. In theory it is because as long as you have a half inch section of the root, it will grow into a whole plant. Weeds are the same way. Chop the root up into little tiny peices and all of those peices will reproduce themselves and grow a weed identical to the origional. Some flowers reproduce that way also. An open letter to my friend who thinks transwomen are women
I recently sent you an article by a lesbian who has been documenting homophobia within trans activism. You, my otherwise compassionate, patient and warm friend, replied with “sorry, not interested”. You told me that you didn’t want to read an article which referred to transwomen as ‘male’. You said that transwomen suffer from an “accident at birth” — transwomen are women born in the wrong body.
Seeing my principled friend (with a first-class undergraduate and a masters degree) actively adopt such a bizarre, anti-materialist and anti-scientific position really worries me. How can ‘you’ be ‘born into’ a body? You are a body. The ‘born in the wrong body’ idea goes beyond poststructuralist ideas about gender onto quasi-religious terrain. How can anyone have an innate, pre-experience knowledge of what it means to be the other sex? What does that even entail? Being male or female refers to your reproductive sex. To argue otherwise is akin to arguing for gendered souls.
Still, you talk about ‘gender identity’ —an innate sense of whether someone is male or female. Where is the evidence for this? How do we measure it? What does it mean? Even if we were to accept that a part of your brain could get ‘mixed up’ into an ‘incorrectly’ sexed body, why would ‘gender identity’ override all other physical indicators of whether you are male or female? Why would your subjective sense of self ever be privileged over objective physicality in this way? Transgender is not a medical diagnosis. Gender dysphoria is a psychological condition, characterised by dissatisfaction with your sexed body and/or assigned gender role. The science behind what causes gender dysphoria is inconclusive, but it is likely caused by different biopsychosocial factors which are unique to each trans person. Gender dysphoria has not been proven to have one ‘cause’ (an ‘accident at birth’ leading to being ‘born in the wrong body’) — there is no normative standard of ‘feeling like a woman’ or ‘feeling like a man’.
Despite this, children who ‘identify’ as the other sex are being given puberty blockers and cross sex hormones. The systematic medicalisation of gender non-conforming children should be an unthinkable practice. Little girls are too young to understand that wanting short hair, having crushes on other girls and enjoying football doesn’t make you a boy trapped in a girls body. Studies suggest that 80% of gender dysphoric children desist and grow up to be lesbian, gay or bisexual. One reason why older lesbians are so outspoken (“TERFs”) is because they recognise that they could easily have been ‘transed’ had they been children today. One reason why mothers are so outspoken (“TERFs”) is because they know children and their fickleness well.
We are meant to simultaneously believe that gender identity is fixed at around four years old (thus justifying medical intervention in children) but also that trans people don’t all struggle with a lifelong dissatisfaction with their ‘gender’ (thus widening the ‘trans umbrella’ for ‘inclusivity’). How are we to explain ‘genderfluid’, ‘non-binary’ or ‘agender’ identities? If gender has the potential to be fluid, or to change over time, or to not exist, what justification do we have in making permanent changes to a child’s body? Feminists see this practice as being based in gender essentialism?—?a concept you otherwise recognise and reject. What do you make of Jazz Jennings’ book, ‘I am Jazz’, which opens with “for as long as I can remember, my favourite colour has been pink”? She goes on to argue that “I have a girl brain, but a boy body. This is called transgender”. This book is being read in schools in an effort to educate children about what being trans means.
Jazz’ case is interesting, and certainly complexifies issues around sex and gender?—?to what extent can Jazz be considered ‘a man’ if she has never been allowed to go through male puberty? How could it be reasonable to expect Jazz to use male spaces? These are conversations we need to have. But Jazz is a very rare case. ‘Transgender’ is an umbrella term coined in the 1990s to unite a variety of gender non-conforming experiences. What was once ‘transsexual’ is now ‘transgender’. What was once ‘transvestite’ is also ‘transgender’. Both Jazz Jennings and Eddie Izzard have the same claim to the term ‘woman’, because ‘woman’ has been extended to mean ‘anyone who identifies as a woman’ (which I guess excludes me, then). Where do you draw the line? Being ‘trans’ is no longer characterised by the material state of having surgically changed your body, but is now characterised by an immaterial, subjective sense of self. Is Danielle Muscato a woman? How about Stonewall activist, Alex Drummond? Again, where do you draw the line? Is it based on ‘passing’? Do women have to look a certain way? What about Jess Bradley, NUS trans spokesperson, who has been suspended from their position for allegedly flashing ‘her’ erect penis in public? Is this a female crime? Are we as a society prepared to accept that it is now possible for a woman to flash her erect penis in public? To extend this further: are we to now accept the possibility of a woman raping another woman with her penis? If nothing else, this is a huge assault on female solidarity and trust. This may be a crude comparison, and I apologise, but consider other animals: would surgically transplanting the feathers of a male peacock onto a female peacock make the latter male? Of course not. Would castrating and shaving the mane of a male lion make him female? Of course not. So why do we accept that surgery has the power to change sex in human beings?
Having said this, we are told by organisations like Stonewall that trans people who do not undergo surgical interventions are still, in all senses, the other sex. This is absurd. What definition of ‘female’ includes the only sex she is not? The female mammal is characterised by the production of gametes (ova) which can be fertilized by male gametes (spermatozoa). No female mammal can fertilize female gametes. No father is a woman. No man is a woman. A woman is an adult human female. Definitions are, necessarily, exclusionary.
Still, in efforts to be more ‘inclusive’, organisations like Bloody Good Period and Cancer Research are reducing women to their biological functions with terms like “menstruators” and “everyone with a cervix”, respectively. Using such passive terms is explicit dehumanisation: other female animals have cervixes and can menstruate. Perhaps the most Orwellian act of ‘inclusivity’ comes from Healthline, who refer to vaginas as “front holes” in sex-education material. This is clearly offensive and ridiculous. You know this. Yet any woman who protests the erasure of ‘woman’ as a meaningful category is smeared as a ‘TERF’. Women who claim ‘women don’t have penises’ are being investigated by the police for hate crime. This is a laughably grotesque form of sexist injustice. As a leftist, surely you can’t defend this.
These new ideas about gender disproportionately affect women who have their own specific spaces, shortlists and movements. These were created not only to promote solidarity and to address historical disadvantages, but also to safeguard against male violence. The absurd climax of gender activism is that male sex offenders are now being housed in female prisons because they ‘identify’ as women. It seems obvious to me not to lock sex offenders in a space with powerless women, but, again, arguing this position gets you smeared with the slur ‘TERF’ (a term I wish you’d stop using). This may be an uncomfortable truth, but around half of UK trans prisoners are incarcerated for sexual crimes (including rape and paedophilia). This is not to argue that all transwomen are sexually violent, merely to point out that this is over double the 19% figure for sexual violence across the prison population as a whole. Why is this? These are questions we need to be free to ask, alongside many other questions: why are gender identity clinics seeing such dramatic increases in teenage girls with mental health issues and autism? Yet events organised by women to discuss these issues are being systematically shut down. Do you defend this assault on women’s democratic right to free speech and assembly?
I know you have many trans friends, some I know and am also very fond of. I understand that you have seen them struggle and that you naturally want to defend them. As with any feminist position, I am not attacking any individual male or denying their struggles. I am trying to objectively point to facts. Someone told me that in taking a gender-critical position, I am viewing trans people as “either mentally ill or immoral” and that this is cruel and unfair. I sympathise with their point, but this isn’t my position. This reminded me of CS Lewis’ argument that Jesus was either Lunatic, Liar, or Lord. Like CS Lewis, this activist excluded another possibility: simply being mistaken, which is where I sit. I worry that a lot of young trans people have misread their gender dysphoria as signalling that they are literally the other sex. But “Trans Women Are Women” was meant to be compassion, not truth.

I can't wait for Trump or Cruz to hear the news that the Sergeant is prosecuted...one of them will hang Hillary and the liberals with it. If part of the Obama/liberal platform is to approve of slavery and child rape, then what is the difference between liberals and ISIS? Well, if I were Trump or Cruz, that's how I'd phrase it.
When we went in the store, it felt off, as if something had changed in the store, but we weren’t sure what it was or where it had come from.
As we shopped, we kept our eyes out for whatever it was that had changed.
Then my son came to me asking me for a band aid. He showed me a small cut on his hand that was bleeding.
So I gave him one, and he put it on his hand.
Then just a few minutes later, he came to me again, this time needing two more band aids for bleeding cuts.
I found two more band aids and gave them to him. Again, he put them on.
I asked him what he was touching, that would cause cuts on his hands, but he said he was looking at clothes, and did not know how or why his hands had started to bleed. He said he came to me for the band aids because he didn’t want to get the clothes all bloody.
We looked at his hands again, and found that just within the time that we’d been talking, there were several more small cuts in both hands that were starting to bleed. The cuts were in the natural creases of the hand.
As I tried in vain to search for more band aids, the Lord told me to get out of the store.
But I kept looking for the band aids, thinking that he would need them anyways, and I was already in the process of searching through out my purse for them.
But again, I heard the voice from within almost shout at me: “Get out!”
So I stopped looking and ushered him outside.
As we were leaving, we looked back into the store, and seen a huge altar sitting there right in the middle of the store.
We had not seen it as we went in, for the store was busy, and several people had been standing in front of it. People had also put stuff on top of the altar, so it was not very noticeable close up.
But from a distance, now that the people had cleared out, one could see it.
It looked like the kind of altar one would find in a massive Roman Catholic church, complete with a large X with a P going through it, and the letters JHS on its side. It looked like it had first been built in the seventies.
That is what our eyes told us. But the spirit in both of us knew without a doubt, that this altar had once been used for satanic sacrifices and ritual works. We guessed that it had been in a Roman Catholic church at one time, and then had been used by a satanic coven. Now the coven no longer wanted it, and so it was now for sale at the second hand store.
My son was trying hard not to cry. He told me that he could sense the death that had come upon the victims that were once offered up and killed upon that altar to satan.
By the time we left that store, my son’s hands were slippery with blood. Many more wrinkles on both the inside palms of his hands had begun to bleed. The band aids wouldn’t even stay on; there was just too much blood.
But just minutes after we left the building, my son’s hands simply stopped bleeding.
A half hour after that, all signs of cuts or bleeding, were gone. No infection had set in. It was as if it had never even happened.
