A University of Florida law student who posted that Jews must be “abolished by any means necessary” won an award for a paper in which he argued that the Constitution applies solely to white people.
The honor for an avowed white supremacist and antisemite has roiled the campus at the public university, in a state where a 2023 law prevents state funding for university programs that advocate for “diversity, equity and inclusion or promote or engage in political or social activism.”
Preston Damsky, 29, received the “book award” for a paper he wrote for a class last fall. In the paper, he argued for the removal of voting rights protections for non-white citizens and orders to kill “criminal infiltrators at the border,” according to the New York Times.
The award for the paper was given to Damsky by Federal Judge John L. Badalamenti, a Trump administration appointee who taught Damsky’s class.
The law school’s interim dean, Merritt McAlister, initially defended Damsky’s accolade, invoking “institutional neutrality,”arguing n in an email to the law school community that professors must not engage in “viewpoint discrimination” and i according to the Times.
McAlister’s argument underscores a growing tension within academia as the Trump administration escalates its campaign against DEI with policies that have seen Holocaust remembrance pages stripped from government websites but allowed far-right sentiments to go unchecked.
After receiving the class award, Damsky, who told the Times that referring to him as a Nazi “would not be manifestly wrong,” doubled down on his incendiary messages. He opened an account on X in which he repeatedly posted antisemitic and white supremacist sentiments.
Carliss Chatman, a visiting law professor at the school during the spring semester, told the Times that she was struck by the response to Damsky’s essay in contrast to her experience at the school.
A class Chatman had proposed titled “Race, Entrepreneurship and Inequality” was renamed by the school’s administration to just “Entrepreneurship” before being added to the catalogue.
“I just find it fascinating that this student can write an article, a series of articles that are essentially manifestoes, and that’s free speech,” Chatman said. “But my class can’t be called ‘Race, Entrepreneurship and Inequality.’”

I think all Christian conservative mothers should seriously think about taking a hit for the team, and agitating for the repeal of the 19th Amendment.
True, you ladies would be given up a sacred suffrage which is granted to you by God Almighty and which no man rightfully can take away. This is the downside.
On the other hand, your sisters who are feminists and suffragettes would be shut out of the voting booth as well, and they are worshipers and votaries of Asmodeus and Moloch, who are princes of the Ninth and Eleventh Circle of Hell, commanding six thousand legions of demons.
Meanwhile, ladies, you can bend your attention to the task of raising your boy-children to vote the US Constitution back into effect, and train them in the use and care of firearms, so that we can both outbreed the servants of darkness, outvote them in the ballot box, and then shoot them when they riot.
I realize this is a radical view. But it seems like plain common sense compared to my other view, which is to abolish the American system of government altogether, and beg on our knees for the British Crown to take us back, say we’re sorry about that whole messy Revolution business.

It is absolutely true that black lives matter. Christians believe that because all people are made in the image of God, everyone has dignity and equal value. However, we need to distinguish between the truth of the phrase “black lives matter,” and the organization that goes by the same name. The next time you’re talking about racial justice and someone says Christians should support Black Lives Matter, remember these 3 things:
1. The Black Lives Matter Movement is all about “Black Power.”
2. The Black Lives Matter Movement is radically pro-abortion.
3. The Black Lives Matter Movement is fundamentally dishonest.
A self-described Christian nationalist, Sorbo has claimed that “Women’s rights were the biggest mistake this country made.” He has similarly characterized the 19th Amendment, which enshrined women’s suffrage into the Constitution, as a “mistake” and called for its repeal. In one post, he argued that women “shouldn’t vote” because they are “easily manipulated and often selfish.”
Sorbo has portrayed Black people as violent and suggested that separating white people and Black people may be necessary. He’s posted, for example, that “It’s unsafe to be around blacks” and asked “Why are black people so prone to violence though?” In a reply to a suspended account, Sorbo wrote, “We should’ve picked our own cotton and left yall in Africa.”
When a pseudonymous white supremacist wrote “Black Shoots University student. Solution?”, Sorbo responded with “Total separation.”
In a Mar. 5, 2025 post, Sorbo told Rep. Jasmine Crockett to “Go back home and build Africa.” A month later he declared that she “looks like she should go pick some cotton.” In response to a photo which appears to show a group of Black people posing while a fire at a Louisiana plantation was extinguished, Sorbo replied “Deport them back to Africa.”

I don't know why this is so difficult for some to understand.
There is no equality between the races. Nor is there equality within any one race - including the White race.
All White peoples should be united as allies - however, in order to preserve the individual greatness of each White subgroup (Nordic, Germanic, Anglo, Alpine, Mediterranean, Eastern, Slavic, etc.), widescale mixing between the subgroups should not be promoted.
@Nature_and_Race People who call us “Nordicists” in a derogatory manner don’t get it. Yeah, Whites should marry White, and subgroups of Whites should keep the subgroup pure. It’s basic logic.

Therefore, Nordic men & women in their reproductive years should give special consideration to choosing a Nordic mate with whom to reproduce & build a family.

@DirtyAbner @Nature_and_Race Keeping Europeans pure as much as possible can probably work. In America we're already mixed. I'm as purely White American as it gets, but I'm still a mix of Irish, Scottish and English. And my English ancestors are certainly mixed with Anglo-Saxons and Normans. My children have married those of Italian and German descent, so my grandchildren are a mix of all those White nations.
We're all White Americans though. Americans given enough time will eventually be a new and distinct race of European people.
