This seems like a huge problem to me. Does it seem like a problem to you?
Unless proven with court documents, at the time of Kamala’s birth, her parents were not U.S. citizens. They were foreign students. At the time of her birth, she was the daughter of non-citizens. This makes her an anchor baby. She is not eligible to hold the office of President.
According to the Constitution, there are just three basic qualifications for being president:
Age: The person must be at least 35 years old
Citizenship: The person must be a “natural born citizen” (meaning they were born to American parents and did not become a citizen through the naturalization process)
Residency: The person has lived in the U.S. at least 14 years.imageReaders added context to this image on another post
Kamala Harris is eligible to be President of the United States.
Kamala Harris was born in Oakland, California, which makes her a natural-born citizen of the United States. The citizenship or birthplace of her parents does not affect her eligibility for the presidency.
