seriously...think about this, any time you see a video/news program of 3rd world countries and there is a shot of an area of traffic or something be shown while a narrator is babbling about something... from africa to cambodia...all those cars and suv's and the like arent locals, they are all people working for an ngo, ub, or some foreign group getting a paycheck for their "humanitarianism"
