What people who know what they're talking about and not this bullshit strawman: IQ is not a good indicator of intelligence it just shows the still clear social divide between blacks and whites, which may I remind you, whites are often better off then their black counterparts for a number of reasons. Most of which is the result of often racist policies over the course of centuries.

Trick question! The one on the right is the average IQ; the one on the left is yours.

Well, the one in this picture with the lowest intelligence is the one who drew it.

I think this is a better description of the issue:

The first tests showing differences in IQ scores between different population groups in the United States were the tests of United States Army recruits in World War I. In the 1920s, groups of eugenics lobbyists argued that these results demonstrated that African-Americans and certain immigrant groups were of inferior intellect to Anglo-Saxon white people, and that this was due to innate biological differences; and they used such beliefs to justify policies of racial segregation. However, soon other studies appeared, contesting these conclusions and arguing instead that the Army tests had not adequately controlled for environmental factors, such as socio-economic and educational inequality between black people and white people. Later observations of phenomena such as the Flynn effect have also highlighted the ways that environmental factors affect group IQ differences.

Two things:

Neither is black nor white, but rather one is cyan, and the other is a light red. I’m pretty sure the two combined do not make blue, which leads me wondering about your art IQ.

Second, this is coming from the “bell curve” studies of the 80s, which has already been thoroughly demonstrated to be flawed from its inception, by picking white students from affluent and well funded schools, and blacks from highly underfunded and overcrowded schools. Gee, wonder if that might have some effect.

As I’ve said before, I may put a little more stock into this study if it were to compare black and white students from the same schools, though I should add those schools should have as close to a 1:1 ratio between black and white students as possible, as well as being a school established as such for at least a full generation.

Can you guess which income distribution is white and which is black?
Because I’m pretty sure that if black people had as good education as white people and were treated as well, they would be just as intelligent.
