I’ve worked for over 50 years in both public and private sectors, and found the most effective workers were judged strictly on whether or not they did their job competently. Sensible supervisors didn’t worry about what an employee did on their off-hours, because it wasn’t any of their business. It was a stupid way of working with people, at least as far as Rick Wiles is concerned.
