Have you ever noticed how a single judge in some far-off district can magically stop presidential policies that affect the entire country? For years, liberal judges have used nationwide injunctions like magic wands. They strike down conservative policies with just one bang of their gavel. Many Americans wonder who really runs the country – the president we elect or judges we’ve never heard of.

The battle between presidents and judges has been going on too long. When presidents try to keep campaign promises through executive actions, activist judges often block them. This has made many conservatives angry. They believe judges that nobody voted for shouldn’t have the power to make rules for the whole country.

The Supreme Court just changed everything! In a big 6-3 ruling in the Trump v. Casa case, the high court said lower courts can’t use nationwide injunctions anymore. This is huge news for President Trump. Now he can actually do what he promised voters without judges stopping him at every turn.

“While not directly related to abortion access, this case could have extensive ramifications for Planned Parenthood, who relies on Medicaid funding for services they hardly provide and have a long history of defrauding. When I worked at Planned Parenthood, we regularly overbilled Medicaid - if a package of birth control pills only cost us $3, we would bill Medicaid upwards of $30 and pocket the difference. In Iowa, Planned Parenthood made nearly $30 million this way and eventually were sued by my friend, Sue Thayer, who worked there for almost 20 years. Planned Parenthood was also sued in Texas for Medicaid fraud, where they lost and had to pay back $4.3 million.

Medicaid money must go to low-income families for actual healthcare and when it doesn't, these families suffer and aren't able to get the care they need. Planned Parenthood cares so little for low-income women that they are willing to not only defraud the system for money but also purposely take away federal funds from families in desperate need. I hope more pro-life states follow South Carolina's lead and ban Medicaid funding from Planned Parenthood. There is no equality between the races. Nor is there equality within any one race - including the White race.

All White peoples should be united as allies - however, in order to preserve the individual greatness of each White subgroup (Nordic, Germanic, Anglo, Alpine, Mediterranean, Eastern, Slavic, etc.), widescale mixing between the subgroups should not be promoted.

My children have married those of Italian and German descent, so my grandchildren are a mix of all those White nations.

A University of Florida law student who posted that Jews must be “abolished by any means necessary” won an award for a paper in which he argued that the Constitution applies solely to white people.

The honor for an avowed white supremacist and antisemite has roiled the campus at the public university, in a state where a 2023 law prevents state funding for university programs that advocate for “diversity, equity and inclusion or promote or engage in political or social activism.”

Preston Damsky, 29, received the “book award” for a paper he wrote for a class last fall. In the paper, he argued for the removal of voting rights protections for non-white citizens and orders to kill “criminal infiltrators at the border,” according to the New York Times.

The award for the paper was given to Damsky by Federal Judge John L. Badalamenti, a Trump administration appointee who taught Damsky’s class.

The law school’s interim dean, Merritt McAlister, initially defended Damsky’s accolade, invoking “institutional neutrality,”arguing n in an email to the law school community that professors must not engage in “viewpoint discrimination” and i according to the Times.

McAlister’s argument underscores a growing tension within academia as the Trump administration escalates its campaign against DEI with policies that have seen Holocaust remembrance pages stripped from government websites but allowed far-right sentiments to go unchecked.

After receiving the class award, Damsky, who told the Times that referring to him as a Nazi “would not be manifestly wrong,” doubled down on his incendiary messages. He opened an account on X in which he repeatedly posted antisemitic and white supremacist sentiments.

Carliss Chatman, a visiting law professor at the school during the spring semester, told the Times that she was struck by the response to Damsky’s essay in contrast to her experience at the school.

A class Chatman had proposed titled “Race, Entrepreneurship and Inequality” was renamed by the school’s administration to just “Entrepreneurship” before being added to the catalogue.

“I just find it fascinating that this student can write an article, a series of articles that are essentially manifestoes, and that’s free speech,” Chatman said. “But my class can’t be called ‘Race, Entrepreneurship and Inequality.’”

Then I saw the video and the interviews and every person was black. The tornado hit a black neighborhood. Ever feel like you need a map just to find common sense these days? Some people seem determined to turn everything upside down, making simple things complicated and clear truths fuzzy. It’s enough to make your head spin!

Thankfully, President Donald Trump is working hard to set things straight. He’s all about bringing back good old American common sense. But, as you can imagine, not everyone is happy when things get put back in their proper order. Some leaders seem to prefer the confusion.

But just as President Trump took this clear step, a judge decided to get in the way. Biden-appointed U.S. Judge Julia Kobick in Boston blocked the President’s order. She said the policy was “arbitrary” and based on “prejudice.” This judge thinks it’s okay for passports to list things other than biological sex, even an “X.”

This ruling basically means the judge is trying to push a liberal agenda, ignoring the President’s efforts to restore biological truth to government documents. It’s another example of an activist judge trying to make policy from the bench, instead of letting the President do his job.

This whole passport issue shows what’s at stake. It’s a fight for whether our country will be guided by simple, biological truth or by confusing, made-up ideas. President Trump is standing firm for reality, and it’s clear why we need leaders who aren’t afraid to speak the truth, even when activist judges try to silence it. We need a justice system that respects the law, not just the latest liberal fads.

A quarter century ago, volunteers from Tradition, Family and Property (TFP) vigorously protested the blasphemous release of the film Dogma, which openly mocked the Catholic faith in the name of comedy. However, blasphemy is still blasphemy 25 years later. With the re-launch of the movie showing in many theaters nationwide in 2025, once again, faithful Catholics took to the streets to oppose this shameless atrocity.

Why the outrage? Dogma portrays one sacrilegious parody after another. For example, an immoral woman, known at the time for her nude videos, plays the part of “God.” Also, Dogma portrays a supposed descendant of Holy Mary and Saint Joseph working in an abortion clinic! Both of these directly oppose Catholic teaching and right reason.

It blithely exhibits what Catholics condemn—murder, obscenity, nudity, violence, profanity, drunkenness, and rebellion! All of this is placed under the disguise of entertainment.

This is why TFP-Louisiana held two rosary rallies near AMC theaters over the first weekend of June.

Although most responses were positive or indifferent, several vulgar and sarcastic people proved that the movie is not just “comedy” but a deliberate attack on the Catholic faith.

One couple drove up to the curb and asked about the protest. After explaining the film’s vile parodies, they mocked and attacked the Catholic’s love of purity. They drove off, saying they were going to “enjoy” the movie anyway.

In the end, the Dogma re-release proved two things. First, blasphemies, sacrileges and other heinous attacks on the Catholic faith are always appearing when least expected and Catholics need to wake up to defend the Church against these attacks. Thanks be to God, New Orleans Catholics answered the call over the first weekend of June by attending these rosary rallies. May Our Lord bless their efforts and increase their numbers in the future.
