Maybe De Niro’s complaint is mostly based on fear and paranoia. De Niro claimed if Trump is elected it would mean Trump would ‘go after’ him—and Maher would lose his show. Well, if Trump were to do those things (and he wouldn’t), he could have done them during his first term—if he had the power and he didn’t. Free speech allows Maher to continue and De Niro to rant and besides, De Niro isn’t even on Trump’s radar. Maybe De Niro’s fear is based on his own inflated sense of self-importance. Or maybe he is auditioning for the role of a crazy conspiracy theorist.

Robert is not on Trump’s ‘to do’ list. Not at all. De Niro washed up. A De Zero. A Duh Niro. A De Nimrod.

When his response to 9/11 was to boast that now HE had the tallest building in New York, golly, is that a commendable response or horrible fucking waste of human flesh, i just cannot tell by myself.

And when part of his CAMPAIGN is a promise to effect revenge upon his enemies, i cannot sort that out from the usual ‘jobs’ and ‘economy’ and ‘borders’ rhetoric.

When he stole money earmarked for military dependents to give to his wall grifting friends.
His entire feud with McCain. Including ‘i prefer soldiers who didn’t become POWs’.
When he had to be forced to fly the White House flag at half-mast for McCain, and then for barely a day.
When one of his aides wanted the stern of the USS McCain covered so Fragilini wouldn’t be upset by seeing the name of his rival. (admittedly not Bonespurs himself, but one of the people in his office sure felt like it would be something that he’d want UNTIL the press gave him beef over it).

I wouldn’t necessarily say “happy”, Trump’s not an outright sadist afaik (probably the only good thing I can say about him). But he sure has a sociopathic lack of empathy for anyone, so I HIGHLY doubt he was sad in any way.

Trump’s rabid supporters will say anything positive about him; that he’s a patriot, that he’s a devout Christian, that he’s God’s Chosen/the Second Coming of Christ, that he’s full of compassion and love, that he’s a philantropist, that he’s the greatest genius the world has ever seen (“10 steps ahead of everyone”), that he keeps on winning nonstop, that he is in peak health and has the physique of a greek god underneath his baggy clothes…

If anyone in the modern American political scene are a bunch of delusional fools its’ Trump supporters… or Trump Cultists since for some goddamn reason the most rabid Trump supporters are also the type that flatout worships Donald Trump and create all manner of delusional nonsense to justify it, most of which DOES NOT fit the character and type of person we know Trump to be.

Well, that’s the litany. Republicans like the military, democrats hate it.
The Draft Dodger wears an (R) so he must be promilitary.

There’s no possible way people just rationally disagree with Trump. It MUST be conditioning, cause otherwise there’s a chance that Trump supporters are wrong.
