The second amendment had two main purposes. The first purpose was to help preserve the institution of slavery for as long as they thought it would last. The second more important purpose of that amendmment was to be able to legitimize popular revolt if the US government as it was known at the time would be overthrown in a coup. The second purpose of that amendment has completely fallen by the wayside because the US government now has a personal army that can regain control of the main branches of government should a coup ever happen. Albeit to be fair, you can still make the argument that people should have the right to bear firearms to keep slaves under their control. Contrary to popular belief the thirteenth amendment did not abolish slavery. It preserved it if the person that had to me made slave was first convicted of a crime. The Clintons used this loophole to let prisoners clean their house for free.
And to make things even more fun I'll state that famous abolitionist J.S. Mill used bodily autonomy as an argument against slavery. That is the very same bodily autonomy that pro-choicers fervently defend.
Admit it. You want slavery to remain legal in the US.

Properly done, abortion is one of the safest procedures in medicine. Childbirth has a 14 times higher risk of death in the US. (Remember, the embryo isn’t legally (or medically) alive.)
Are you a member of a “well regulated militia”? If not then the constitution does give the Federal and State governments power to curtail your access to firearms.

Weird, I would have thought they would provide thoughts and prayers for aborted foetuses, just like they do for victims of shootings. However, they seem a bit more aggressive about abortion. Might it be related to their gun fetish, as opposed to their lack of interest in women’s rights?
The only time I've heard of guns actually being used heroically was when someone tried to have a mass shooting in a Walmart in Colorado. In my area, there was Columbine, the Aurora shooting and a suicide by cop in Longmont.
Have you heard about the attack on a mosque in Norway? A 22-year-old guy with three weapons went into the mosque after the service had ended and only three older men were still there (around 65-70 years old), and started shooting. One of the men wrestled with him and took his weapons, and the others held him until police arrived. No good guy with a gun was needed there, but good guys with strong arms and bouts of courage. The shooter sat in the court hearing, all black and blue in the face from the beatings he took from the old men, and SMILED. Pathetic little weasel!
