[scientists] acknowledge at least 11 other dimensions
First, string theory is far from established - indeed, it has not produced any results or even made any testable predictions in all the decades it has been around. It is just a nebulous concept that has a certain aesthetic appeal to some physicists, which has leaked into popular science, where laypeople understand even less.
Secondly, the actual scientific-mathematical definizion of “dimension” has nothing to do with its soft science fiction use as an euphemism for “otherworldly realm”, let alone your weird combination of the latter, layer of reality and power level. Generally, a dimension is a thing you measure, such as distance, mass, etc. But it is clear we are speaking sbout, or at least that you are butchering, spatial dimensions, that is, the axes of movement or in a coordinate system. Observably, there are three spatial dimensions (left-right/up-down/forwards-backwards, or length/height/depth) - mote that these are interchangeable and can be rotated freely (e.g. the subjective coordinate system based on one’s current position - left-right/up-down/forwards-backwards) - none of these dimensions are “first”, “second” or “third”. (Relativistic interactions between time and space can be modelled in a four-dimensional space-time, but even there, time is not quite the same as a spatial dimension). Now, mathematically, there is no limit to the number of spatial dimensions one can conceive of, and mathematicians indeed quite happily do work with n-dimensional geometry. However, that is very different from our actual universe having an unlimited number of spatial dimensions (but such mathematics may be applicable in other ways with all the non-spatial dimensions - just like you can plot, e.g., the weight of something at certain times as a diagram in a coordinate system im two spartial dimensions. Only with more complicated math, of course), but those can get very bizarre to our limited three-dimensional ground-ape intuition - mind you, this is VERY different from magic or repealing physical laws (indeed, as I said, the math itself is solid). And the dimensions postulated by string theory are stranger still - they would have to be extremely small and they would also be “coiled” around our space-time, and in any case, they would not have any impact on the macroscopic world.
100 billion planets observed that can sustain life in this 3rd dimension alone.
There is only a small number of planets that we have been able to identify indirectly, of which only a handful could potentially host life. Now, it is true that, in recent years, it turned out that we massively overestimated the rareness of Earth, and perhaps, there is such an extrapolation (is this supposed to be in the Galaxis, the local cluster, the observable universe?), but that is a very far cry from actually observing them.
In any case, the vastness of interstellar distances in comparison to the universe’s hard limit at which meaningful movement is possible and the timescale of humanity makes interactions with aliens extremely implausible, putting it at the very far end of extraordinary claims requiring extraordinary evidence.
What would happen if Jesus destroyed the controlled narrative and said we are not alone, there are whole civilizations of very advanced beings who have conquered war, disease, poverty, balanced and maintained their environment and if the leadership desired they would make contact and help bring Universal Law and healing to Humanity and the Earth?
An invite to join a Federation of Worlds in peace. How would that go with the war industry? The medical and pharmaceutical industry? The oil, gas, coal, all industries that provide our transportation and energy needs? How would governments react with most of the leadership in the back pocket of these major corporations?
So clearly a pseudo-materialist eschatiology, where all problems are magically solved perfectly by a deus ex machina.
Nothing but an empty hope, an escapist fantasy. It is never going to happen. No problem has ever been solved by waiting for a supernatural saviour. Only we can solve our problems, and we can only do so using mundane means - yes, that includes more advanced technology, but that will not be miracles that will suddendly jump far ahead of our current technology, and they will come with their own risks and problems. No, we must also use other methods, such as reducing preventable wastefulness, abandoning destructive technologies and especially myiad social approaches.
What if they had replicators? No need for Wall Marts, Costcos, all your needs would be met just by hitting a button. Electric cars would not need batteries, they would not need tires due to anti/counter gravity.
What if they do not?
Are you starting to understand now why we don’t have contact?
If they are truly so advanced, how can corporate Earth that has not even figured out anti-video-game-piracy measures that are not easily circumventable by hackers yet cause problems for paying players, suppress them so completely?
