Barefoot and Pregnant. Or, at least pregnant with babies. What women really want it to get married, to get laid, to get pregnant, to get babies, and to raise children. It's built into their biology, and despite a century and a half of feminist opposition to marriage and making babies, they have never managed to take the female out of the womyn.
[He then goes on to cite Jamie Lynn Spears as a good role model for teen girls.]

"Or, at least pregnant with babies."
What else can a woman be pregnant with?
On second thoughts, don't tell me. You backwater barbarians get up to some bizarre practices. Too much moonshine on the night of the harvest hoedown, and come next spring there's a toddler with feathers and gills taking the position of deputy mayor.
The desire for sex, offspring, and nuturing of children is true to a certain extent but my biology classes never covered the intrinsic desire for females to get married and be barefoot. This doesn't seem to be so much religion driven as is more sexist (especially after reading his rants). He must not have gotten along with his mom or he's bitter from the lack of attention from the opposite sex.
Well, as a woman with no desire to get pregnant, have babies or raise kids I am telling you that you are wrong.
Thinking Jamie Spears is a role model explains an awful lot where your mind is.
Feminism isn't opposed to marriage...
Feminism isn't opposed to childbirth..
Feminism is opposed to jackasses like you who think that those are the only two things that define who a woman is!
And Jamie Lynn is a good role model to girls because she is pregnant? I think you have got some issues to work out sir...a little preoccupied with the womb...
Except that I'm a lesbian, childfree, and I'm not particularly inclined to be emotionally attached.
Yet I'm still a woman. Emphatically. And I have better orgasms than you.
I thought women wanted money and good sex?
@Dakota Bob
"hat the hell is a womyn"
I dunno, it might be related to a Wyrm or a Wyvern. IT'S PROBABLY SOME SORT OF MYTHICAL BEAST THAT DOESN'T ACTUALLY EXIST.
Bob's never been laid and will likely die a virgin, unless he has Jimmy Swaggart's tastes in women.
Womyn is a gender-neutral spelling of Woman or Women that I used to see in university, about *cough cough* years ago.
Ah, Bob, I think he's going to become a favorite around here.
This is the idiot who believes that 14 year old girls should be married off to the first 30 year old man they can find.
I'm sure if we found his last name and checked a sex offender registry, he'd be there, but that's all the feminists fault.
and womyn is just a respelling of woman/women that the femnazi's use (according to bob, any woman who wears pants). It's because they believe woman/women is demeaning to women because it has man/men in it.
I'm a feminist, I just believe that a woman who wants to stay home and raise the kids is not a traitor to her kind.
It's also the nature of man(who provides sperm eh?, and they do it more or less at the same time as women and reach the reproductive peak at the same age)and you don't insist so much(and many nuns and single women around the world disagree). By the way, is there any other thing you can get pregnant with?, and isn't Jaimie Lee supposed to be a slut according to most ancient codes?, because, you know, she can't provide a daddy for the baby. Worse, because due to her youth the babies will grow traumatised(it's scientifically proved). One of the thousand unanswered questions of Bob[by the way, if you really read the story, Jaimie Lee never planned to become pregnant so early, it was an accident].
If a woman dosen't want a child, then you have no right getting her pregnant.
Jamie Lynn's baby might not even be her boyfriends.
Feminism is about equal rights and equal pay for women in the workplace and at home. Its not about destroying marriage, or stopping people from having babies. Well, only the type of marriages Bob has in mind are illegal in many countries, and quite rightly so.
What about emotional and financial support? The women I know want those (moreso the earlier). Some do want to get married. Others want to have sex. Some want to be mothers. Not all. You need to get to know women before you post this bullshit. And this is from a guy: Learn to respect women. They are not sex objects , they can do their own things
Anyone willing and able to contribute to our society in a way other than what they were niched into doing, more power to them.
A chair often makes a nice foot-rest, or a perfectly legal brass paper weight can be a great punching aid. The diversity of function is off the charts, so don't say that women are only baby makers and then sit back using a chair as a footrest...
Hey bob. You a woman?
... yeah, didn't think so. So as a woman, I think I'm much more aware of my true desires than you are. And I'm telling you that what I want more than a squirming, crying pink blob is to get a great education. Sure, some women want the pink blob. But honestly now, you can't generalize about all women, especially when you're a MAN.
I want to get married and have kids, but NOT to the exclusion of having my own life thanks. Marriage and kids are just one piece of what I would consider a fulfilling life. The rest involves a good education, a good job, and lots of traveling to new and exciting places.
As many Fundies posts as I read, I've always had this light deep down inside. A sort of hope for humanity, if you will. You, Bobbo, have killed that light.
Yeah and all men want to run around having as much sex as possible to impregnate as many women and possible and they want to hunt and not gather... 9__9
I love it when people try to say what 'everyone' wants 'deep down inside' and what 'everyone' should do. Obviously they are psychic and know everything!
And, maybe it's just me, but I don't think it's exactly wise to encourage 14-18 year olds to have babies. If it were, then more people would be doing it effortlessly.
what the hell is a womyn
Apparently, some feminists argue that something is offensive about the etymology or meaning of the word "woman" or "women." Something about it meaning that they are less than men. So they came up with an alternate spelling, which is "womyn."
Most feminists, myself included, are content with "woman" and "women", though.
Barefoot and Pregnant. Or, at least pregnant with babies.
For those that asked, I think she means knocked up, and tending to a horde of wild yard apes.
What women really want it to get married, to get laid, to get pregnant, to get babies, and to raise children.
Some yes, some no. And most encourage women to do it responsibly. As opposed to just going out, getting knocked up by the first thing that "respects" you. Oh wait, you don't even ask that, do you? Just that he knocks you up.
It's built into their biology, and despite a century and a half of feminist opposition to marriage and making babies, they have never managed to take the female out of the womyn.
Admittedly, there are extreme feminists out there, like any adherents to a philosphy, but most just ask that they be given a choice, as opposed to being treated like baby factories.
"Woman" is actually the Old English (as in Beowulf's era) for "female person". The analogous term for "male person" was "werman" (q.v. werewolf/"man-wolf", weregild/"man gold", etc.). At the time, "man" didn't have a gender indication. Perhaps the better scheme is not to respell "woman", but to resurrect "werman"...
Hrm, my partner wants to be defertilised as soon as she can afford such an operation. And both of us hate kids. Don't want 'em. Or sex, for that matter. She also hates being female.
She does like going barefoot, though. It's a Hawaii thing, I guess.
What women really want it to get married, to get laid, to get pregnant, to get babies, and to raise children.
The happily unmarried, non-child-having 30-some-year-old woman in the cubicle next to mine would like to have a word with you.
Have you even seen a woman, bobx23456? I mean a feminist, not your brainwashed, accomodating, do-what-the-Bible-says woman.
What women really want it[sic]to get married, to get laid, to get pregnant...........a little detail, Bobby, Jamie Lynn Spears IS NOT MARRIED. I think that you forgot semantics in your rant.
What women really want it to get married, to get laid, to get pregnant,
No, no, and no.
I'd make a horrible mother.
Feminism is for EQUAL RIGHTS. Not better rights, not more rights, EQUAL RIGHTS. EQUALITY, moron.
And as a side not, I don’t intend to EVER be somebody’s baby factory, so I guess I’m not really a “woman” then. Woe is me.
I agree that women are generally hardwired for this, but it's also not the only thing that women are capable of nor should it be.
So many women say all this "i'm independent!!" but these same women expect men to give them special treatment.
As a classic feminist, I can not stand women sometimes.
Confused?
