WHile I am not in favour of the Marxism ideology, due to issues with its design, I don't know how one could make the leap to "the normalizing of homosexuality" which has nothing to do with workers owning the business they work in.

History of homosexuality is far, FAR older than the history of Christianity. So if anything, it would appear that it is Christianity that has assumed the eradication of homosexuality as a crucial part of God's plan, even though by their own logic homosexuality itself was a creation of their God (only ONE creator, remember? Satan cannot create .)

Cultural Marxism focuses on how economic factors in capitalism lead to the shaping of our culture around the interests of the capitalist class.
Ironically Seane-Anna is right. Capitalism stigmatizes homosexuality because it threatens traditional patriarchal gender-structured families, which are necessary to the capitalist class as an expedient way to promote adherence to strict hierarchies from childhood and because the traditional nuclear family helps provide a cheap source of labor. Even though most people promoting gay rights are just thinking about equality legalizing same-sex marriage will be a small step towards tearing down the oppressive traditional notion of family. For other reasons(saving money, reducing the burden of raising children while having a career) society will eventually begin moving towards communal child-raising.
As for eradicating Christian values(by education not extermination), the sooner the better. Christianity evolved as a way to legitimize control over people by the ruling class. It tells people that they are evil and have to trust everthing in "God" to be good, and then people who claim to be more godly get power and use their interpretation to promote their interests over everyone else. That is the essence of all religion, a tool by elites or in the case of cults, would-be elites to control people.
