I strongly disagree with this ruling. Transsexuals aren't considered human by biblical standards and therefore shouldn't have any constitutional rights.

uh since when does that mean they leave the species? or better yet that we care about your holy book of lies
nothing wrong with transsexuals, but there is something deffo wrong with people with imaginary friends past age 10.
Ah, dehumanizing other people.
Maybe you should seek out and consult some of the last surviving Nazis about it, they had lots of experience with it and might give you some tips about effectively dehumanizing people and "taking care" of them
Um, here's one: fuck you.
Why does your god make them born the wrong gender, then?
1) All animals have rights so even IF you were right, you wouldn't be.
2) The bible does not say that transsexuals are not human. It says men shouldn't dress like women. You'll have to excuse me if I don't give a crap about what a bronze age book says about anything.
3) If transsexuals were not human. They would be incapable of sin. Ever think of that moron?
The Bible, as far as I've read, makes little mention of people who could be transsexuals.
And why exactly do we all have to listen to what the Bible says? There are other old story books.
The Eddas, even mention people that can be seen as transsexual...And they're not seen as evil non-humans either. Seidh-workers for one. Cool folks. eh bends people's perceptions to their own will sometimes by using both male and female energies and doesn't afraid of anything.
I'd rather follow a book that doesn't tell me to kill a certain group of people. Or, better yet, not base my entire life off of an old collection of stories at all.
I strongly don't give a shit about your disagreements, your book of 2000 year old fairy tales, or anything you say or think period, fuck you.
"Transsexuals aren't considered human by biblical standards and therefore shouldn't have any constitutional rights."
Well, then it's a good thing they are considered human by logical and biological standards, then, and that these standards are what actually influence our decision.
If it looks like you, talks like you, walks like you, it's probably a human. I'm not sure about fundies though, they lack such things as logic, reasoning, empathy, kindness, tolerance etc etc. In fact, they lack many traits, that are considered humane.
I don't think the bible says anything about transpeople.
Also, fuck you. Go fall in a hole and stay there.
"I strongly disagree with this ruling. Transsexuals aren't considered human by biblical standards and therefore shouldn't have any constitutional rights."
I strongly disagree with (Anti-)Freedom Farter here. Right-wing teabaggers, neocunts and Religious Right types aren't considered human by normal, decent, democratic, civilised societal standards. and therefore shouldn't have the right to exist.
Does the above sound nasty to you, (Anti-)Freedom Farter? Sounds almost like Nazism , wouldn't you say?
Well, now you know how you and your fascistic Dominionist ilk sound to everyone else.
And as for the so-called 'standards' set down in your so-called 'Bible', well...:

Give me just one good reason why it shouldn't be legislated out of existence; or better still, legislation to force the Bible to be rewritten to make it conform to normal, decent, democratic, civilised standards? You tell me.
The US constitution isn't mentioned in the Bible.
Does the Bible mention transsexual?
Biblical standards aren't that big with human rights, at all.
It's more "obey, or else...".
Oh, and the US is a secular nation.
The Bible and Constitution seem to be incompatible with each other. If you read both you'd know that. Also this strikes me as you don't want them to have rights because of the Bible and thus presents two problems
1) It shows that the Bible is the antithesis of freedom if it actually makes that claim
2) It shows the Bible is immoral in its teachings.
Confused?
