1. The last I remember reading, the main reason they didn't get charged with collusion, despite Russia's obvious interface, was that the people were often deemed too incompetent to be actively working with Russia. Just easily manipulated.
2. What's the hoax in the Ukraine phone calls? We have the transcripts. Usually I see them saying that the obvious extortion attempt wasn't, not that it's somehow a hoax.
3. What classified document hoax? Trump himself admits to having the documents and refusing to turn them over. His main argument is a made up declassification process makes him immune to being held accountable for this particular crime.
4. The indictments aren't phony. Can say that he is innocent or there isn't evidence of wrong doings, but the charges are based on evidence and deciding the facts show Trump is guilty of lots of things, things he often brags about.
5. The only political opposition being arrested are the traitorous cretins who engaged in insurrection and/or assaulting the Capitol. If they were just arresting people nilly willy, they have much more tempting targets.
6. If they were really Kangaroo courts, they'd likely be finished by now and have a more expansive list if targets.
7. The ever elusive "RINO's." Honestly I'd claim that the Trump cultists, Reganites, Fundies, and Dominionists are the real RINO's, claiming the name but having so little to do with the historical party it's insulting. Instead of just people who don't agree with the above groups.
8. Breaking the TOS of platforms, inciting rebellion, and generally being called out for being a fucking horrible mess of a person doesn't mean your speech is being censored.
