To be fair there wasn’t sex according to Christian and I think Muslims. Many believe that God just probably use some magic to get Mary pregnant. There needs to be sex for it to be adultery. The definition of adultery is “ voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and a person who is not his or her spouse.”
Mary’s age is unknown that not even scholars can agree on her age. Some believe that she was in her early to mid teens and some believe that she was in her mid to late teens. But regardless how old she was, this Christians virgin story reminds me of how some women report being pregnant after alien visitation which I assume little to no consent. Christians say Mary consented by saying let it be done, but I don’t think Mary have that much of a choice. The gods/aliens if they were real probably don’t care about our consent. Some believe that we live simulation. If that is true, then who’s to say they won’t toy with us and do whatever they like with little to know consent.
