Why Do They Threaten Us with Global Warming When We Are in An ICE AGE!

The Government tells us doom awaits if the world warms 2 degrees Celsius. But how can that be since 7,000 years ago the temperatures were 3 degrees higher, WITHOUT Al Gores gas guzzling SUV?
The only disaster is a long term one from global cooling. The tiny .8 degree temperature rise today is dwarfed by the whopping 3 degree drop since the Holocene climate maximum 7,000 years ago. We are slowly sliding into the next glacial period. Some don't realize, but we ARE IN AN ICE AGE! This ice age is marked by ice at the poles, which is NOT present if we we not in an ice age
