In terms of humanity Jesus is the ultimate software specialist and a 2017 neurologist is more of a hardwear specialist.

I get the metaphor, but it's not really a good one. Me reading "Das Kapital" could just as much be considered installed software as me reading "The Bible". Also, you really think that a neurologist doesn't look at the outside influences that affect our brain? Or, to paraphrase, how our software is installed in our brain?
It's not the worst metaphor I've ever heard, but the brain actually does rewire itself. It's less like a CPU and more like an FPGA.
Also, you're going to get a lot of Christians mad at you for implying that the spirit inhabits the brain in the same way that software inhabits a computer. Most of them are dualists.
And, finally, neurologists do pay attention to learning's impact on the brain. They're not stupid.
In "Lucy", prior to becoming God, Scarlett Johansson became a bioelectronic megacomputer: giving to Morgan Freeman a flash drive containing all knowledge.
Scarlett died and was resurrected as Public Security Section 9's field leader Major Motoko Kusanagi for all our sins.
You need Black Widow.
There's a Trinity I can get behind!
Yeah, and the problem is that his specific specialisation is in Windows 3.1. That OS was okay for its time but we blew past it ages ago. Now he's installing that antiquated crap on cutting edge Apples and you, his customers, sit there with your thumbs up your asses and wonder why it crashes every time you try to connect to the modern internet with the rest of us.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
