[On an article in Newsweek about a gay kid being murdered by his Junior High classmates]
The article says the gay kid taunted a straight boy for a long time, staring at him constantly, harassing him, and lying to others about how they were going out. Is it any wonder the student snapped and wanted it to end?
The whole school staff was frustrated at his antics because he was a trouble-maker looking for sexual attention. It's sad he had to die but I fully understand why the other kids reacted like they did. Can you imagine this fussy gay thing constantly hitting on all the other boys in extremely explicit ways and having the vice-principal (who is gay herself and who the teachers accuse of using the gay kid to push an agenda) refuse to do a single thing about it. The boys complained that he would call out things like "you know you want me!" every single day, but the principal said it was his right and that they should just "give him some space!" What that gay kid did was nothing short of sexual harrasment.
Sick.
