"If a gay man and a straight man being on the battlefield, the gay man will be looking at the other men jeopardizing the lives of other men and women on the battlefield."
No, they won't. They'll be focusing on their job the same as straight soldiers of either gender would be.
"Gays say that they're allowed in the military and for what? To change our camouflaged uniforms to what you think is best?"
Considering the current Universal Camouflage Pattern our military uses is equally effective in all terrain - that is, equally not at all effective - there's little elsewhere to go but up. Besides that, the entire point of camouflage is to, well, camouflage the wearer. Gay service members understand this exactly the same as straight service members, they won't be trying to make everyone wear a fucking rainbow that shouts out "hey I'm right here, shoot me!" to enemy combatants.
"To risk the lives of a father, brother, wife, daughter, or spouse because you were gazing a the rising biceps of your fellow soldier?"
I somehow doubt that you focus your entire life around chasing and nailing women to the detriment of your job and every other responsibility (because to do so would be incredibly fucking pathetic), what makes you think gay people are different? When the time comes that they need to focus on doing what they were trained to do, they will focus on doing that - that's the whole fucking point of training soldiers, so they don't make mistakes like that which will cost them and their comrades their lives.
"Our United States of America is protecting our young children from bombs and conflict to grow up and have a life. Some gays may say what they want but when it comes to terrorism, I'd rather have the straight soldier than the one saying how good my ass looks."
Even with Don't Ask Don't Tell repealed I somehow doubt every gay soldier is going to be doing anything of that nature. There's still plenty of irrational bigots like you in every walk of life who will raise a shitstorm over the smallest things, and things like sexual attraction don't really have a place on the battlefield anyway. Ultimately, whether they're checking out women's or other men's asses on their down time, it's not going to matter in the slightest when they're on the job.
And, as an aside, I also somehow doubt anyone, of either gender, is ever going to be saying your ass looks good. Bigotry is not attractive in the slightest.
"Our fellow Americans, do we want to feel safe in this world, or violated? It's your choice."
I, as a straight American who is not in the military, already feel pretty safe regardless of the orientation of the soldiers in our armed forces. The next step is to make sure gay Americans, either soldier or civilian, feel just as safe, rather than having to watch their backs over crazy fuckers like you pretending they violate everything they look at or touch just by virtue of existing as they are.
