Governor infringes Separation of Church/State

The Governor of Louisiana must have raised some eyebrows among the illustrious membership of the ACLU, as she asked that the citizens of her state pray for issues surrounding the natural disaster in the wake of the hurricane. In deed, she ask that citizens throughout the country pray today as well....
It seems to me that if a public school is at odds over a moment of silence that this must be a BIG NO NO! I can imagine that if schools were in session that all the atheists would be up in arms over such a suggestion. Let them eat cake there are no gods, might be their chant---or perhaps, save our children from religious intrusions. The church of the Gaily Frivolous must also be under pressure to send petitions concerning such illegal infringment of privacy and any governmental encouragement to Christian Fundamentalists: however, they will in postscript be asking if New Orleans will be prepared to host Mardigras so that the collection of rainbow beads will not be interrupted...
