If a boy claims to be homosexual and demands to use the girl's locker room, I'm sure the school will point out that his gender assignment is still male, but if he wants to go through with the necessary surgery they will reconsider his request.

First of all, your much-maligned SB777 says nothing about bathrooms or locker rooms. The OP in that thread cites FOX News, apparently because they're "fair and balanced" enough to bring the TRUTH that nobody else will.
Secondly, the law requires accommodations for those who "hold themselves out" to be of the opposite-assigned sex. In other words, you can't just show up one day and say "OOPS! I'm a girl now! Let me in!"

Also, the offensive term "sodomite" refers to someone of any orientation who performs sodomy, not someone who is transgender or gay. That's way too simplistic.
