The moral decision is indeed simple. A raped 10-year-old does indeed suffer, by cause of the rapist, if anyone deserves to be killed it is him, the child conceived in the rape is not responsible. You would compound the suffering of that young girl with unimaginable guilt by having her partake of the unjust, irrational killing of her own innocent child; demonstrating how truly loathsome your atheist-based "morality" can be.
Please, for once be consistent. In that atheist-based "morality" of yours there is "no purpose, no evil and no good"— you came from a blob of bacteria no different from e coli, a product of nothing but blind, pitiless indifference, and to that blob you will return. A perfect example why someone like Fuckabee should never hold public office, especially POTUS.

Fundies don't get the notion of empathy - of people wanting the best for each other NO MATTER if there is a Higher Power or not.
They keep insisting there HAS to be a Higher Purpose laid down by a Higher Power because *only* if that's the case is there any *point* to the idea of 'being moral', since, to them, 'being moral' means 'obeying the commands of the Higher Power'.

Abortion has nothing to do with penalty. It’s simply removing a burden that she is not capable of taking care of. How do you know that the child will never regret her or his birth? What if she or he commits suicide? What if she or he will feel bad for putting her or his young mother through so much stress? You don’t know, so abortion is morally neutral.
As for your next paragraph
you need to be aware that atheists are not inherently amoral. Secularists actually have moral autonomy, whereas religious people theoretically have no such autonomy. A secular atheist has the liberty to classify anything as good or wrong as she pleases. She assigns meaning and purpose where it makes sense.

Mike Huckabee relies on populist rhetoric to stir up support in order to chase the money and power; this latest attempt to appeal to the misplaced emotive stance of conservatives is just the latest tactic in his attempts to succeed. The Bible warns you against such characters, so it is unbecoming to consider his Christian based morals as just and rational.
If he truly cared about such matters he'd support better sex education and healthcare for women, including rape victims, but this goes against his ethos, so it seems that any claim of compassion for the victim is false. If he, or you, cared you would spend less time focusing on punishing the woman.
