(about Muslims)
Like hell they will have world domination. They tried that before and failed miserably in the "Crusades". They are indeed trying again, and shall fail even more miserably this time. For this time God Himself is going to step in. And NO ONE can beat The Man.

Now, now, this is a person who thinks that all of history is comprised of 6000 years worth of time. Expecting accurate history reporting from them is a pretty high demand for their protozoan mental capacity.
Well, the first Crusade was called because the Turks were taking Byzantine land, so I guess a case could be made that the Crusades were called to counter Muslim conquest of (Orthodox) Christian lands...
... but I have no idea what he means by 'failed miserably' though. The Eastern Roman Empire no longer exists, and most of it became part of the Ottoman Empire and now belongs to Turkey. It's every Crusade after the first that ended in miserable failure.
Christians did start the Crusades in response to Turkish encroachment on Byzantine.
But that didn't account for the second, third, fourth, and fifth Crusades.
@ Dio Fa & No One & dpareja:
"And the Lord was with Judah; and he drove out the inhabitants of the mountain; but could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron."
-Judges 1:19
Of course this was after god had "told" Judah that he was with him and that he would defeat the caanites and take all of their lands. Apparently god forgot about the iron chariots and also that he was somehow powerless against them. Gotta love the old testament "righteous" slaughter though, the jews come out of Eygpt, and find this great place to live. Too bad it is full of people already, so of course as gods chosen people they slaughter everyone and take it for themselves, YAY!
At least some of the Caanites lived unlike several other peoples they slew down to every woman and child and then even their livestock...
The crusades? those fucked up things? no sir, no true Christian would have done that, that was totally the Muslims, yep.
And no they are not trying it now.
Yes, certain radical ones of them are--trying such things as pushing the UN to make ridiculing Islam a crime, and making such statements as "we will take over Great Britain through breeding". You can google both of those things. However, I don't think god is going to step in, I think it's something we all have to be aware of and oppose vociferously.
"Like hell they will have world domination. They tried that before and failed miserably in the "Crusades"."
You seem confused. It was the Christians who were marching way the fuck across the world to invade the Muslims so that they could Christianize the poor, misguided heathens--and promptly got their asses handed to them for the most part.
"They are indeed trying again, and shall fail even more miserably this time."
They didn't fail the first time. That was you guys.
"For this time God Himself is going to step in. And NO ONE can beat The Man."
Where was he 800 years ago when you guys were trying to convert the "heathens" at sword point? Busy somewhere?
Um....During the Crusuades, they stayed in the Middle East. It was Christians trying to claim the land for themselves. And um...They kinda won during the Crusuades. The only reason Salah Haddin (I may have misspelled that, I hope not out of respect) allowed King Richard in was out of respect after the fighting. The two showed each other a tremendous amount of respect.
"They tried that before and failed miserably in the "Crusades"
Um, Saladin would like a word with you.
The muslims started the Crusades? History fail. Also, this:
Judges 1:19 And the LORD was with Judah; and he drave out the inhabitants of the mountain; but could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the Crusades the Christians trial at world domination. That failed too, of course.
Just as lots of Christians believe that they are RIGHT and want to persuade everyone else to turn to them, lots of Muslims believe that THEY are right and want to move everyone else to their point of view. How can the fundamentalists not see this? They are kindred spirits, only too alike.
Funny thing is, in the crusades, they happened to be the intellectual elite. I think that you wouldn't be typing this if they wouldn't have carried on with the knowledge of the Roman Empire. By the way, weren't the Christians the ones who started it?
I think you'll find that God, if it exists, more closely approximates a deity with female characteristics. In any case, God doesn't want us to see it. So it won't be making an appearance any time soon. Muslims all over the world will be sighing with relief.
Right, because it totally wasn't the Christians doing ass-tarded things like trying to siege while being the undersupplied side, pissing off the Byzantines who were the only local power even slightly willing to be on their side, and oh yeah, stopping to waste time and resources by attacking Jews.
Re: The Crusades
You can argue that every Crusade after the First, was a crude attempt by Europeans to grab the trade routes, that dealt with high value, low mass goods such as spices, that originated in the Far East, & went through the Middle East...
In short The Crusades, were purely merchantile, not religious, in origin...
Confused?
