That was always the justification for conquistadors to enslave and kill the natives they encountered and/or to force them to convert to christianity. It was also something that Hitler and his racist henchmen constantlyx claimed, it is that most of the non arian races were nofull humans but rather some kind of subhumans, which allowed real humans (i.e. arians) to drive the subhumans from their countries and/or lock them away in work camps or even extermination camps, so that their land could be used as Lebensraum for the Arians.
If your Christian human DNA matches my non-Christian human DNA then we are both human.

People who talk like this are usually the ones who grew up in a small town and have never met a non-christian in their entire life. If (s)he encountered a jew or, nothing forbid, an atheist she'd be so dumbfounded that they don't have 3 heads and green skin she probably wouldn't be able to say a thing.
