Reality Check: Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh, et al all still have very public platforms and speak freely against the Obama Administration on a daily basis. Fox News is still on the air. These aren't underground news sources, as much as you and your ilk try to convince yourselves otherwise.
If we lived in a dictatorship like Nazi Germany, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh, et al all would have been convicted before kangaroo courts, publicly denounced for their "crimes" against the State, and summarily shot. Fox News would either be toeing the line or would be burnt to the ground. "Dissenters" such as yourself would be tracked down and thrown into internment camps along with the rest of your families. You would not be talking so openly in a public online forum such as RR. You wouldn't dare lest you get caught.
These are not things that are happening. These are not things that are going to happen. These are not things that anyone except yourselves are discussing. Occasional frustrated hyperbole aside, these are not things anyone wants to happen.
"Speaking out" in the manner that you rabid right-winders do day-in and day-out is not nearly so easy in an actual "dictatorship." That you think it is explains in large part your contempt for people who are actually oppressed, people who live in real visceral fear of their governments.
It's a weak, sheltered, and spoiled people that cry out "oppression" every time they meet even the slightest resistance to their ideas. You people would cry yourselves to sleep in puddles of your own piss if you ever encountered actual oppression. Your whiny rhetoric cheapens the horrific daily tribulations people living in actual dictatorships constantly have to face.
