what we need is for some fine person to drop some pickeled pigs feet in the foot baths . those peaceful muslims will never use them again . end of problem

Muslims wash their face, feet and arms before praying. It's part of their religion.

I hate to say it, but this sort of nastiness really makes the States look bad.
of course they have no knowledge of Islam or any other religion. They think merely having knowledge of another's way of life is a sin, not to mention a waste of time since fundie's are correct 5435% of the time in their bizarro fantasy world.
Seriously, why is a convenient spot for people to practice their religion a probelm for anyone? Sullying the water would solve what problem exactly? The problem of said persons feeling accomodated rather than pissed off?

What we need is for some fine person to wrap rainbow-flag ribbons all over every cross, Ten Commandments display, and Nativity scene on public property. Those loving Christians will never use them again. End of problem.

I get pissed at special services for some people too but that's because I believe we shouldn't pander to religion at all. Tax-free status for your supernatural obsessions is what I want to see gone, religion owns far too much property and services to enjoy that special treatment.
