If you really want to look at it in simple terms (which it seems will be the only way you will understand it), the "femi" part should be obvious that it has to do with the women's movenment. The "nazi" part is pointing out that this particular group is ultra-militant... anyone that doesn't agree with them shouldn't be allowed to live. For that matter, it is almost to the point that most think men shouldn't be allowed to live.

You basically said that if we all didn't believe your line of thinking, we were stupid. You also do not want equal rights, you want AT LEAST equal rights with extra benefits where you want them.

As a proud user of the word feminazi when it is truely applicable, this guy is an idiot.
A woman suggesting they want equal rights isn't that, hell, a woman saying they want more rights than men have isn't that. They are that when they go completely nuts over a joke, intended to be private which they eavesdropped on, and say, try to get the entire club the person who told the joke belonged to kicked off campus. Mind you, she succeeded. I've been working on my goosestepping for when I pass the women's center, and even after a year a few of them still get the joke. Most of them actually laugh, but those are the ones that called her psycho right along with me.

Don't worry, honey, that was just a bad dream. No feminists think that everyone should agree with them. Feminism is nothing more than the radical idea that women are people too.

No, you don't want women to have equal rights, so you insist that they demand "special" rights when they ask for equal rights.

Point two. As a feminist, I work for equal rights. Therefore, I am not a Nazi, and am therefore not a feminazi.

Point three. While I am of German ancestry, I'm not old enough to have been alive during WWII and the years preceding it. Therefore, I am not a Nazi, and am therefore not a feminazi.
Subpoint of Point three. I have never worked for any national government, nor have I ever been a member of the armed forces. Therefore, I have never been associated with the Nazi government, and am still not a Nazi, nor am I a feminazi.

Point four. In my quest to achieve equal rights for myself and all women, I have never been engaged in torturing, starving, imprisoning, disenfranchising, dehumanizing, and murdering millions of people in Europe. Therefore, I am not a Nazi, and am therefore not a feminazi.

Point five. I am not a member of a neo-Nazi or "skinhead" group. Therefore, I am not a Nazi, nor am I a neo-Nazi or feminazi.

By calling me a feminazi, you not only degrade and insult me, you insult feminists, WWII veterans and anyone who lived through that war, and surviving and deceased victims of the Nazis' atrocities. And you make yourself look like a fucking asshat. "Feminist" is not so hard to say--it even has less syllables, so it should be even more appealing to your limited and bigoted mind.
