In the area of woman wearing pants. The scripture's principal is still MODEST. A woman in tight fitting jeans or pants is immodest, but a woman in loose pants which are made for woman can be modest. So the cut and wearing of clothes determines whether they are modest or not mkay??
Also. A woman should not dress like a man.....or wear clothes that would cause one to think she was a lesbian!!! =^/ A woman can cut her hair like a man's cut which would bring her into question. But a woman wearing short hair that is not cut like a man's would not be suspected of being a lesbian. So again it is not so much the length of a woman's hair, but the style at which it is cut and worn. THINK people. Soon and someday soon we are going to meet the KING and are you dressed for Him? Just a note, kallmekammy: Men, too, are considered part of the "Bride" of Christ in Christian eschatology (the "Bride" of Christ is the body of the Church as a whole). So does that mean the men are restricted to figurative "wedding gowns" as well?

Exactly what clothes are "lesbian" clothes? The only thing I can think of is a T-shirt I saw this summer, that said "I'm a girl who likes girls." So short of more or less writing "I'm a lesbian" what are you talking about?

It came to me this morning, after I'd dressed for work, that I DO go around asking everyone in the household .. Does this haircut make me look gay? My shirt, is the cuff length making a statement on the sturdiness of my wrists? Do my pants scream out LESBIAN! ? And I was struck with a pressure between my eyes and I, being a spiritual warrior, KNEW my clothes were made on the dork-sod .. they are dork-sodded! Women have been wearing pants for thousands of years. The world hasn't been destroyed yet, so it's probably ok with whatever deity in charge of this little planet.
There are tight fitting jeans which are made for woman too. Are they modest? And who cares if it's modest or not? In Iran it's modest to cover yourself up from head to foot, in public. Are they winning, as they have a stricter version of modesty?

If Christ and the church is suppose to be symbolic of a relationship, I can't imagine it would be one I'd ever recommend for anyone. Sounds abusive, verbally (be how I want or I'll cut you off from my love) and physically (be how I want or I'll send you to hell). It requires severe inequality within the partnership, and "I am great, you are nothing without me" is a very typical abuser line. And judging by some of his past relationships, especially Job, I'd say he isn't going to change his ways any time soon.
My advice: Kick that loser asshole out ladies, and don't let his shiftless ass come back!

And not just because you can't be specific about exactly where women wear pants. As "Ouran High School Host Club"'s Haruhi Fujioka has no problem with gender-specific clothing, she doesn't care about if she wears skirts/dresses or trousers. She wears the latter often enough, as said Host Club's only female but male-esque member.

I don´t get it. First you talk about modesty and now you said that "a woman should not dress like a man". First of all, men clothes are the most modest on Earth, because they´re not meant to show. Second, there are no men clothes. We´re all born naked. It´s FASHION and convention which determines which is masculine and femenine.
