Individual adaptation is not evolution because there are no heretable characterisics to pass on. When a population adapts, that is a chah=nge in allelle frequency hat is passed on.

First of all here he is claiming that every expert in biology is wrong and he's right, when it's clear to anyone with a slight understanding of evolution that he's wrong, but then add this to an earlier post where he admits he's an uneducated redneck high school dropout.
Evolution has nothing to do with individuals adapting to a changing environment. If you're lost at sea, you don't suddenly grow gills. And the adaptations weren't pre-built into our genes. Bacteria don't have antibiotic resistance already coded in their DNA. Their DNA actually morphs from one generation to another.
