No, PhD stands for Doctor of Philosophy. And someone who actually has a PhD is going to get a lot further in life than someone who says it stands for Pedophile homosexual Deviant. Also, my mom has a PhD, and she's happily married to my father, and has never raped any children.
Here is the test of whether you trust God or science more. Ask yourself this:
If I find myself having a heart attack, who will I call? The doctor.. or the priest?
If you would do the smart thing and call a doctor, then you trust science more. Sorry.

But all of that aside - I can't understand Coulter. Is he trying to change anyone's views on anything, and failing so badly; or is he simply ranting in barely intelligible sentences; or is he a poe?

According to academic evidence PhD is short for Doctor of Philosophy, in Latin philosophiae doctor, meaning "teacher in the love of wisdom".
